00:00 People didn't really believe us when we were said we were going to reopen a temporary one. It didn't seem possible

00:03 We actually got the thing up in eight or nine weeks

00:06 We did an amazing piece of work. The Orchard West is a fantastic facility

00:10 I was there last week with a local amateur dramatic society putting on a fantastic show

00:14 It's really been welcomed by the people

00:17 The good news is that the Orchard, the main theatre, is going ahead

00:21 And it's going on schedule as I'm looking right as I'm talking to you literally in my eye line

00:25 I can see the scaffolding on the roof and everything's happening

00:28 We never say never about delays on building because things can happen but at the moment fingers crossed

00:33 We're ready for a September/October opening
