00:00 So here we go, the Kings Meadows interconnector.
00:06 Stuck on the side of the highway.
00:07 It's 110km in our zone.
00:08 Cars behind me, cars in front.
00:09 I've asked the state government to do something about this.
00:10 For the last 12 months I'm on Cessna Council and we've got nowhere so far.
00:23 If I'm elected to state parliament in three weeks time this will be one of my first priorities
00:31 as far as road works go.
00:32 There you go, a car going past.
00:34 Now someone is going to get slammed from behind here sooner or later.
00:39 This is only 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
00:42 Nowhere near as bad as a bit after 5 o'clock.
00:47 This queue stretches back about 800m up to a kilometre along the highway, along the 110km
00:55 in our zone.
00:56 Here we are, just managed to get off the highway.
00:59 There's another 50 or 100 cars behind me.
01:03 All trying to get down, off the highway down to the connector.
01:07 Absolutely ludicrous.
01:08 It's time the state government did something about it.
