00:15 Jeremy White was a Burnie boy to his core.
00:20 He was a difference maker.
00:23 His influence on our lives signified the high water mark
00:28 of relationships in this city.
00:31 His passion for communication, events, family, partnerships, life and God
00:39 is his legacy to his children, his family and his community.
00:46 As we look onto this court, let us not only remember the man my father was
00:50 but also the impact he continues to have on the community.
00:54 It's a universal truth that every child sees their dad as a hero.
00:58 My dad has always been my hero and now he has the opportunity
01:02 to be a hero to countless more children.
01:08 I think as I sort of get, I was quite young when he passed away
01:13 and as I get, like turn into an adult I suppose, like you know as I age,
01:17 I get all of these stories from people in the community and it's just,
01:19 it's so inspiring and I want everybody to feel inspired by that
01:23 and understand the impact that he had and I feel so lucky,
01:27 you know like what kid gets to have a basketball card after their dad,
01:30 that's so exciting, yeah.
01:32 Really just, I feel just really overwhelmed with gratefulness.
