00:40Mabuhay Philippines! Well, I'm so happy to be here, so excited to share with all of you.
00:47It's a new experience to me because it's the first time visiting the Philippines, but I feel so happy because it's like Latino.
00:55You look like Latino and you are, for me, the Latinos in Asia.
01:02Aside from the beautiful beaches in the Philippines, she also wants to visit historical sites like Intramuros.
01:09I want to visit them for the history that you have. It's decolonized by Spain, so I love to learn more about the cultures.
01:20And I hope to visit a different place that you have here in the Philippines.
01:30In her five months as a Miss Universe, Shanice has learned a lot.
01:35Every single day is an opportunity to be better, to grow in every single morning, growing by you, for yourself, for your people, for the young girls looking at you on the internet.
01:52She said that she left her legacy and her message to other women.
01:57I break a barrier. I'm the first woman that I won in Central America and in my country.
02:05And it's that example that we're going to show the next delegates who want to be part of the platform, that you can do the same that I did.
02:15You can believe and you work hard in your dreams, and the dreams come true like me.
