00:02 An enterprising chef has launched a new cafe in Chesterfield. Jamie Shorrocks, who is 36,
00:08 is the proprietor of the Salisbury Street Cafe, which he opened recently. He explained,
00:14 "This is my first catering business. It's very exciting doing things your own way.
00:18 I've been a chef for 19 years and have worked all over Derbyshire, doing all sorts of cuisine.
00:23 I've done it for a long time and fancied a change."
00:26 Jamie has recruited four members of staff for the cafe on Salisbury Street. He added,
00:31 "We want to make it a hub for the community, keep on trend and try new things."
00:35 Investing everything that he has earned into the business, Jamie said the majority of the £15,000
00:41 has gone into equipping the premises with a kitchen. The new kitchen will enable Jamie
