00:00 Since last 7-8 months, I am actually diagnosed with a condition called 'Cosidinia' in which
00:05 I am having tailbone pain. How to cope with this situation? Come out with this kind of
00:09 self acceptance we can say, for which we are not accustomed to obviously.
00:13 Is the current body itself not a disability if you compare it to an ideal? But we do not
00:19 take our current situation as a disability because we think of it as normal. You will
00:24 never find anybody complaining that his IQ is only 110. Whereas theoretically with a
00:30 different kind of brain, IQ of 250 is possible. But nobody says, "Oh I am disabled because
00:35 my IQ is only 110." Why? Because we do not nurture an imaginary ideal to compare it with.
00:43 We take this as normal and therefore it does not trouble us. It is not condition that leads
00:49 to a feeling of disability. It is comparison that leads to a feeling of disability.
00:54 I too suffer from a chronic autoimmune thing. I don't think about it. It is normal.
