00:06The purpose of life therefore is not to search for another mate called the soulmate.

00:33And their numbers are staggeringly large, thousand.

00:37So it takes a lot to divorce them one after the other.

00:40That's the purpose of life.

00:42That's what entire self-knowledge is about.

00:45So you are already born wedded and mated and then you want to add another one to the list.

00:51How wise is that?

00:54You already have so many things inside you that you call your own, right?

00:59Now you want to have another fellow that you want to call your own boyfriend or husband.

01:05But you already had so many things that you called your own.

01:08Your name, your gender, your religion, your education, your parents, your property, your

01:13thoughts, your opinions, your feelings, your wardrobe.

01:17You were already calling these your own, your experiences, your friends.

01:22You are already calling these your own, your thoughts, your emotions.

01:25You are already calling these your own.

01:27The fact is none of these is really your own.

01:30So what is the purpose of life?

01:32To add another one to the list of these things that you call your own?

01:37No.

01:38That would be stupid and meaningless and also useless because you know when you will be

01:45adding another one to that list, the decision to choose that particular one will be coming

01:52from stuff that is not really your own.

01:54For example, if your thoughts and emotions are not your own, are your decisions your

02:00own?

02:01Please tell me.

02:02If your thoughts, decisions, ideas are not your own, then your decisions cannot be your

02:07own.

02:08Then the decision to have a soulmate, even that will not be your own.

02:13So this soulmate will not be your own.

02:16Just as the hundred other things, the hundred prior things are not your own.

02:22So pointless going for this soulmate or whatever it is.

02:26First thing, unmate or demate, decouple.

02:31The purpose of life is not to add to an ever-growing list of your associations and attachments

02:38and identities.

02:39The purpose of life is a restoration, a revert to your pristine, pure self.

02:49And when you are that, then you have beautiful relationships.

02:54In your aloneness, in your solitary completeness, you get the power to have clean, pure, wonderful

03:07relationships and the name for such relationships then is love.

03:14There is no love in the soulmate business, mind you.

03:18Love is there when you have relationships that come out of your solitary completeness.

03:30I am not dying to be welded to someone.

03:37I am great, complete and beautiful in my aloneness.

03:43Now when you relate to someone, there is no exploitation, no violence, no hunger or thirst

03:51in the relationship.

03:56Now the relationship is like a beautiful duet.

04:01The two singers are capable of producing a great song alone and when they get together,

04:09the combination is beautiful.

04:12That does not mean that they cannot have beauty in their own alone respective spheres.

04:18They are already beautiful.

04:21Are you getting it?

04:25Yes.

04:26So do you think like social media is a kind of a part of that foreign thing which is convincing

04:34us to do this stuff like what you said soulmate?

04:39Where did you first find me if at all?

04:43Social media.

04:45So it depends on you, you can look for a soulmate on social media or you can be unfortunate

07:19So it is not that you have to worry about the ultimate state.

07:26You start taking baby steps.

07:30You see what your major obstacles and bondages are and challenge them with courage.

07:37Do not worry too much about what will happen in the future.

07:41And of course, do not try to speculate about the end state.

07:45There is nothing called an end state.

07:48Your purpose in life currently as a brave girl with a verve to live

07:57is to identify where your weaknesses are, where your fears are and boldly challenge them.
