Philippines to forge more alliances and stage realistic combat drills despite China's opposition

Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. said during the 126th anniversary of the Philippine Navy in Manila on Friday, May 24, that the Philippines will press efforts to build security alliances and stage realistic combat drills with the United States, Japan and Australia in the West Philippine Sea.
