Trust is Important  Alas Pilipinas spiker Faith Nisperos underscored the importance of the trust and confidence given to her by team captain and setter Jia De Guzman in the AVC Challenge Cup for Women.  Nisperos fired eight points on May 26 at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum where Alas defeated Taiwan, 25-13, 25-21, 25-18, to sweep Pool A at 4-0. 00:30 It was definitely a one time experience.

00:34 I met Janna Jira in the court and her role in the organization was a big backing for me.

00:41 She trusted me and I trusted her.

00:47 How did your sister confidence at this point play into her hands?

00:51 Well, it really boosted me because of my teammates, my coaches and of course all the supporters here.

00:58 It was a one in a thousand for me and she was very inviting.
