00:00 I had the same nightmare as a child.
00:04 A giant wave came and took everything around me.
00:09 At 36, I was diagnosed with a chronic disease.
00:14 It seemed that something had to happen to wake me up.
00:24 The people I met along my healing journey were my great teachers.
00:31 The human being is a great knower of himself.
00:36 And we shape what people expect or want from us.
00:47 When I started my therapy, I came across emotions, pains that I didn't even know existed.
00:56 Whatever the suffering I carry, it is not in vain.

01:03 Everyone is trapped, trying to avoid pain.
01:07 No. Accept, learn and transform.
01:14 When you start to dive into it, it doesn't end.
01:19 And when you do that, you enter another state of peace.
01:24 And then you realize that you are not alone.
01:27 I was forced to look at life from another angle.
01:33 And as conscious as I seemed to be, I needed to look inside.
