00:00The Department of Social Welfare and Development assured that they have enough family food packs to be distributed to the families affected by the eruption of Mount Canloon in Negros Island.
00:10In fact, DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian said that 5,000 family food packs for Negros Occidental and 5,000 family food packs for Negros Oriental are ready.
00:21Aside from this, there are 10,000 more family food packs that will be sent to Bacolod City.
00:26The local government units will also continue to coordinate to prepare the situation, especially if the volcano eruption will continue.
00:37DSWD also coordinated with local authorities for financial assistance to those families who lost their livelihoods due to the eruption of Mount Canloon.
