TBIG Segera Terbitkan Surat Utang Rp13,87 Triliun
Para pemegang saham menyetujui rencana PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) dalam menerbitkan surat utang jumbo USD900 juta atau setara Rp13,87 (asumsi kurs Rp15.416 per USD).
Persetujuan itu diperoleh dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) yang digelar pada Kamis, 30 Mei 2024. Nilai transaksi itu, sekitar 112,4 persen dari nilai ekuitas perseroan edisi 2023 senilai Rp12,36 triliun.
