(Adnkronos) - Il gruppo Renew Europe nel Parlamento Europeo rimane determinato a mantenere il "cordone sanitario" nei confronti del gruppo Ecr, che è di "estrema destra". Lo dice a Bruxelles la capogruppo dei Liberali, Valérie Hayer, all'indomani delle elezioni europee, che hanno visto i Liberali perdere una ventina di seggi. L'Ecr è il gruppo in cui siede Fratelli d'Italia. Nei suoi confronti il cordone sanitario era già stato allentato nella scorsa legislatura: avevano eletto un presidente di commissione, a differenza di Identità e Democrazia, il gruppo della Lega.
