01:28In the space of the Medici Fortress
01:30in Siena
01:31took place
01:32the 68th National Congress
01:33of Engineers
01:34entitled
01:35Turn and Engineering
01:36to govern change.
01:37The event,
01:38organized by the provincial
01:39orders of the engineers
01:40of Siena and Grosseto,
01:41has seen the participation
01:42of over 1,300 delegates.
01:43The engineers were known
01:44before because
01:45they were the protagonists
01:46of the construction
01:47of the buildings,
01:48bridges,
01:49ducts,
01:50everything
01:51that was necessary
01:52for the development
01:53of the city.
01:54The engineers
01:55are a figure
01:56that deals
01:57with society
01:58in 360 degrees,
01:59from bioengineering
02:00to artificial intelligence
02:01to the economy
02:02because there are
02:03also interventions
02:04in which
02:05the technique
02:06obviously
02:07must be included
02:08in the investments,
02:09that is,
02:10management engineering
02:11for example.
02:12So we are
02:13never able
02:14to do
02:15everything
02:16that is necessary
02:17for the development
02:18of the city,
02:19but we are
02:20able to do
02:21everything
02:22that is necessary
02:23for the development
02:24of the city,
02:25but we are
02:26never able
02:27to deal
02:28with all those
02:29issues
02:30that concern
02:31the safety
02:32of the citizens
02:33and that is why
02:34we are doing
02:35a battle
02:36for the mandatory
02:37registration
02:38at dawn
02:39because it is
02:40right that
02:41all engineers
02:42who carry out
02:43a professional
02:44activity
02:45are checked
02:46by their
02:47order
02:48and are able
02:49to carry out
02:50the activity
02:51conscientiously
02:52and consciously
02:53and to perform
02:54open events
02:55even in non-addictive
02:56jobs,
02:57in line with
02:58the trend
02:59of recent years,
03:00to realize
03:01increasingly open
03:02events to
03:03the world
03:04of culture,
03:05politics,
03:06civil society.
03:07After years
03:08of inactivity
03:09and failures,
03:10the area of
03:11the Matonara
03:12in the port
03:13of Civitavecchia
03:14is reborn
03:15with a new
03:16project
03:17and a great
03:18Italian player
03:19in the yacht
03:20shipyard.
03:21The president
03:22the new tank and yacht shipyard, which is preparing to become a neuralgic center for the construction and maintenance of luxury yachts.
03:35Finally, this tragic phase ends, in which this important piece of port was somehow taken away from its usability to serve the territory, to serve the community,
03:48and a new phase begins, where intelligence and skills will be produced, training will be done and conditions for a better future will be created.
03:58Tankoa, specialized in boats of more than 45 meters, has already started the production of three hulls, investing so far between 5 and 6 million euros for the construction of the shipyard.
04:10The first yachts will be launched in the summer of 2025, with a strong impact on local occupation. In fact, 50% of the resources used come from the territory.
04:21We found in Civitavecchia a site that could easily be converted into a shipyard to meet the needs we had,
04:33which was to build the hulls and superstructures pre-arranged for our boats, so as not to undermine this activity in different geographic areas of Italy.
04:46This will allow us to improve the work process, to optimize it and to have an area where we manage these activities.
04:55The collaboration between the Port Authority and Tankoa Yacht promises to transform the area into a hub for refitting and revamping of boats,
05:04contributing not only to economic growth but also to the formation of highly qualified workforce,
05:10relaunching the local nautical industry and opening new opportunities for the future of the port of Civitavecchia.
05:17The recent launch of the works for the opening of the ante-mural in the south and the start of the development of the yachting marina in Civitavecchia,
05:24together with the new shipyard Tankoa in the town of La Matonara, are part of a broader strategic-industrial design.
05:32The digital as a culture of competitiveness and innovation is a fundamental paradigm in the banking and financial sector,
05:44as well as in the academic, training and football industry.
05:49It is more general for the growth of companies in the various sectors in which they operate,
05:54a key that is now necessary to remain competitive.
05:58In the course of the meeting with the students, we talked about innovative recipes,
06:02the digital as a new paradigm of communication and service,
06:06the evolution in football, media, training and economic and financial services organized by the University of Milan-Bicocca.
06:13Our students must understand that their future in the world of work depends on their ability to be flexible,
06:22to learn new tools and also to accept a paradigm shift,
06:27which certainly innovation, digitization and artificial intelligence are already bringing into our lives.
06:33But this must be done by valuing the presence,
06:36valuing looking into each other's eyes, recognizing each other
06:40and therefore considering digitization or AI as a tool and not a goal.
06:46The digital, therefore, as a new paradigm of communication and service,
06:50also has a central role in the economic and financial sector.
06:54It is clear that the digital, the amount of data we have and the ability to elaborate,
06:59make sure that everything that is standardization, standardization and representation of economic and financial information
07:05must be left to the machine.
07:07The interpretation of this information and the personalization of complex realities,
07:12which are the family and patrimonial structures of our customers,
07:16then requires the professional.
07:18It is the combination of professional technology that will make the leap of quality in the relationship between bankers and customers.
07:25Among the new projects of the Serie A League regarding digitization and artificial intelligence,
07:30also the Virtual Overlay.
07:32We are one of the associations, of the leagues,
07:35that in the world has developed this element the most, centralizing it, of the Virtual Overlay.
07:40That is, the possibility of overlapping live, on the field, on the LEDs,
07:45that you see at the stadium with a certain advertising,
07:47different advertisements, which are therefore, in some way,
07:51digitally replaced by artificial intelligence.
07:53And this serves to be able to sell more advertising,
07:56focused on the countries that then receive it.
08:03It was signed in Rome during an event at the Casina Poste,
08:06the partnership agreement between the Milan-Cortina Foundation in 2026 and Poste Italiane,
08:11in view of the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in Milan-Cortina.
08:14The leading company in logistics and logistics in Italy also takes part,
08:18therefore, of the team of the partners of the great sporting event.
08:21The presence of Poste within the great organizational machine
08:24will allow to optimize the logistics of the entire event,
08:27also being able to bring people closer to the next Olympics.
08:31It is a very important partnership.
08:33We live from partnerships,
08:36in the sense that they are part of our way of organizing games,
08:40not only from the point of view of the operations that our partners help us to do,
08:45Poste Italiane is the ideal partner,
08:49because our games are extremely complex games from the point of view of logistics,
08:53so having a partner who knows the territory,
08:55who knows the logistics problems, is really important to us.
09:00In addition, it is such a beautiful brand, familiar and recognizable by people,
09:05that it will also help us to make these games closer to everyone.
09:10These games want to be from all over our country,
09:12to represent the best of Italy to ourselves and to the world.
09:18Poste Italiane will make available to the Foundation,
09:21athletes, federations and other partners,
09:23their experience managing the transport and logistics of all goods,
09:27equipment and materials necessary for the success of the event.
09:31We wanted to respond in person,
09:34and give our factual contribution to such an important event for Italy.
09:40We will manage all the logistics,
09:43which, as is clear to everyone,
09:46is one of the most delicate parts,
09:48which is not visible, but very complicated, of the event,
09:53because the athletes arrive from all over the world
09:56with the most disparate equipment,
09:58which must be managed in the exact times of the competitions,
10:04stored, protected and made available for the race.
10:10So we feel a great responsibility.
10:13Success, if no one remembers us,
10:17if we do a good job behind the scenes, everything will work.
10:22Also the opportunity for Poste,
10:24to embark on a project, from a technical point of view,
10:28is also very complex.
10:30A collaboration between Poste Italiane
10:32and the Milan-Cortina Foundation 2026,
10:34which is born in the name of the values of sport
10:36and aims to support the movements linked to the great event.
10:39Many times, speaking of what is the configuration
10:42of the territorial system of sport in Italy,
10:45the famous sports associations and directors
10:48represent the foundations, the pillar,
10:52the architrave of the Italian sports world.
10:57The only subject, institution, organization
11:02that comes to mind, which in some ways
11:04is comparable to ours, is Poste Italiane.
11:08So we are very grateful to Poste,
11:10because this gives us added value
11:12also with our international contribution.
11:16Poste is, let's say, part of the ideal.
11:23Eliminate from the electric energy market
11:25the fluorurated gases, harmful to the atmosphere,
11:29promoting technological innovation and energy efficiency,
11:32consolidating their role of reference
11:34for the digital environmental progress
11:36and for the development of companies.
11:38These are the goals of Siemens,
11:40tech company leader in the industry,
11:42in infrastructure and mobility,
11:44discussed during the event
11:46Il Futuro e BluGis,
11:47during which it was officially announced
11:49the launch in Italy of the new portfolio
11:51of BlueGis medium voltage electric frames,
11:54completely free of exafluoride
11:57and replaced with an insulating gas
11:59of natural origin, the CleanAir,
12:01harmless, stable, non-toxic, non-flammable
12:05and suitable for all temperatures of exercise.
12:07A support tool for both
12:09the energy transition and the digital transformation
12:12of utilities and S.O.O.
12:14The result is greater efficiency in terms of costs
12:17during the entire life cycle
12:19and a lower environmental impact
12:21in terms of functionality and footprint.
12:23Many utilities have a very important challenge,
12:26the twin transition,
12:27what we call the twin transition,
12:29which is the sustainable and digital transition.
12:31Siemens stands by their side as a technological partner
12:34precisely to facilitate,
12:36to become the enablers of this transition.
12:38Today we launch a new product,
12:40a new portfolio, completely sustainable.
12:42The framework recently issued by the European Community
12:45imposes the ban on fluoride gases,
12:49therefore the SF6.
12:50Siemens has developed a portfolio
12:52completely sustainable and digital
12:54precisely to support the transition in this direction.
12:56Already successfully installed in several European countries,
12:59BlueGis is now available in Italy,
13:02having passed the tests provided by the national regulations,
13:05thus representing a turning point
13:07in the electric energy market
13:09and a significant step forward towards sustainability.
13:12We have highlighted the technology
13:14that Siemens has developed in the last 10 years
13:16to respond to market requirements,
13:20to sustainability requests
13:22and also to the European regulations
13:24that have been imposing on us since 2026
13:26the complete abandonment of SF6-based insulating gases
13:29in the medium-voltage grid.
13:31So today we went to see in detail
13:33the solutions that Siemens has used
13:35in its BlueGis portfolio
13:37and the innovations that have been made
13:39thanks to this technological change.
13:41Siemens and Unareti, a company of the A2A group,
13:44thanks to a pilot project in Milan,
13:46have installed the first SF6-free medium-voltage Gis
13:49in Italy.
13:51Thanks to this project, Unareti becomes
13:53the first distribution service operator in the country
13:56to adopt a grid of electric energy distribution
13:58made up of natural components of the air
14:01and to teach sustainability.
14:03For us this project is very important
14:06and we are proud to have joined Siemens
14:08as the first company in Italy
14:10to install this new type of electric grid
14:13that has high-level sustainability characteristics
14:19but at the same time a compactness
14:23that today could only be achieved
14:25with products that were not as sustainable.
14:30A discomfiting picture for the access
14:34by Italians to the digital services
14:37of the public administration
14:39is what emerges from a demoscopic investigation
14:42promoted by the Inca CGL patronage
14:44and carried out by the Vittorio Foundation
14:46on a sample of 6,000 interviewed people
14:49sufficiently representative of the population
14:51residing in Italy.
14:53Almost all of the interviewees, 92% in fact,
14:56have declared that they are not able
14:58to carry out digital practices
15:00with the public administration.
15:02Only 8% is sure to do it,
15:04of which 53% are men and 47% women.
15:07And it affects the percentage of people
15:09between the ages of 35 and 55
15:12those who by age and experience
15:14have more opportunities to interlocute
15:15with the public administration
15:17who openly declare their incapacity,
15:1960% of the champion.
15:21It is strong and the alarm that comes from the patronage.
15:24We live in a condition of lack of dialogue.
15:29Digitalization in this country
15:31is a digitalization that has had
15:33a very fragmented evolution.
15:37The individual public administrations
15:40have probably acted without a vision of togetherness.
15:43Then, from our perspective,
15:45we observe many limits in some choices made.
15:50Often, digitalization in general
15:54is carried out by the public administration
15:57transforming a cartesian model into a digital one.
16:00That is probably not digitalization.
16:03The requests of the patronage are very clear.
16:06We believe that there must be a comparison,
16:10we say it also in view of the increasingly
16:13increased use of artificial intelligence,
16:15which impacts with a sphere of privacy
16:19and reserve of people.
16:21We say it because we are aware
16:24that this is probably a very virtuous process
16:28that can increase the quality of life
16:31and the quality of services,
16:33but there must be the possibility
16:35of flowing these services to the bottom.
16:38We say it in a country where there is a constitution
16:41where, let's say, protections and rights
16:43are predominantly rights and universal protections,
16:46where we talk about equal opportunities
16:49and the feeling that we feel
16:52is that often, let's say,
16:54all rights are attached to a flag
16:56and therefore also the need to confront
17:01to design systems that provide the possibility
17:06of intervening if an error is made.
17:08But I don't say it just thinking, let's say,
17:10in the sphere of patronage,
17:12but I also say it thinking in the sphere of citizens,
17:15it must be an option that probably
17:17to this day is not contemplated.
17:19And the patrons ask more attention to the legislator
17:22to better exercise their role
17:24and support the citizens.
17:26Another element that then encroaches
17:29the system of patrons
17:31is that of the need to, how to say,
17:35put in parallel the digitization
17:38born in the country with this system,
17:40which is the only proximity system,
17:43among other things, guaranteed by our Constitution,
17:47paid by the State,
17:49which obviously needs a reform,
17:52let's say, thinking of Law 152,
17:56which is the law that regulates our sector,
17:59a law that shows all its years,
18:03because it was imagined and born
18:06at a time when the digital era was at its beginning
18:10and therefore a norm thought on paper
18:14that today necessarily should be adequate
18:17to what are the new dynamics
18:20and digital transition processes.
18:27Abandoning the broken shifts
18:29to adopt a single 8-hour shift
18:31with two weekly breaks
18:33and having professional career paths
18:36for the youngest
18:37is a modern welfare system
18:39because it rewards personal commitment
18:41and focuses on the well-being of the worker.
18:43These are some of the good practices
18:45to attract and trust human capital
18:47in the albergue and restaurant sector in Veneto,
18:50discussed during the event
18:52tourism and business,
18:53new business models,
18:54innovation and practices
18:56in the development and management of human capital,
18:58in the organization of work
19:00and in the adoption of new technologies.
19:02Organized in Venice by Manager Italia Veneto
19:05and the International Center for Studies on Tourism Economy,
19:08the third meeting of the four-year project
19:10Tourism, Young People, Business, Work
19:13Veneto to Milan Cortina 2026.
19:16We wanted to convert institutions
19:20and category associations
19:21towards a common project
19:23with a regional management
19:26that also brings small and medium-sized businesses
19:29to have an operational reference aspect
19:33because the aspect of generational change
19:35and business model change
19:36is the thing that today
19:38eliminates many businesses.
19:41On this, we as Manager Italia
19:43also propose the use of temporary managers
19:46to give a hand to this change,
19:48to this great effort
19:49because when there will be the Olympics
19:52about two million more tourists will arrive
19:55who are called by the world, by foreigners
19:58and we must have the ability
20:00to make them find a reference model
20:02and adequate reception.
20:03The CISET in recent years
20:05has worked to understand
20:06the main difficulties faced by companies
20:09and what were the right practices
20:11and it emerged that there is a search
20:13for stability in flexibility.
20:15It seems a paradox
20:19because in reality it is just like that.
20:22Innovation must help us to overcome
20:24what seems an insurmountable contradiction.
20:28It is very difficult but it can be done
20:30and therefore we have focused a little
20:31together with the companies
20:33that the path of innovation
20:35is to work with a new look
20:39on the reorganization of work
20:41also exploiting new technologies,
20:43absolutely innovating and spreading
20:45the tools of welfare
20:47and then also rethink,
20:50insist, invest in innovation in business
20:54and in everything that helps
20:56the onboarding, that is,
20:58those who approach a business
21:00to enter in the right way
21:02and find an environment
21:03where it is nice to work.
21:05During the event,
21:06the theme of work
21:08and the managerial aspect were also addressed,
21:10which becomes fundamental
21:11in a moment of generational transition.
21:13Companies in the Veneto region
21:15therefore need new professional figures
21:17such as the sustainability manager.
21:20Today when we talk about tourism
21:21we cannot ignore this word
21:24which has a very important meaning.
21:26Today we are in Venice,
21:27Venice is one of those cities
21:28that also suffers from the theme of over-tourism,
21:30so we also understand the complexity
21:32of the theme of work
21:33within tourism.
21:35Hence a series of actions
21:37that the region has put in place
21:38precisely with the strategic plan of tourism
21:41which in my opinion,
21:42given the transversality of this matter,
21:44will have to become
21:45the real strategic plan
21:46of the Veneto region.
21:52At the discovery of the port world of Veneto
21:55with the Port Days 2024
21:57demonstration carried out in coordination
21:59with Assu Porti,
22:00which between 4 and 6 October
22:02offers students, residents,
22:03port operators and tourists
22:05a rich lagoon of events,
22:07designed and organized
22:09by the Port System Authority
22:11of the North Adriatic Sea
22:13and sponsored by the municipalities
22:14of Venice and Chioggia,
22:15which will develop in three days,
22:17each involving
22:19one of the three different contexts,
22:21Venice-Centro Storico, Marghera and Chioggia,
22:24which make up the peculiar
22:25port system of Veneto.
22:27Organized at the Waterfront area
22:29of Santa Marta,
22:30the presentation of the Port Days 2024
22:33sees the setting
22:34of a real port village
22:36with spaces dedicated to talk, sports
22:38and animated stands
22:39by the port community.
22:41It is a great party
22:42in which you go to alternate
22:45moments of play
22:46in the spaces of the port,
22:47such as the waterfront
22:49in our case today,
22:51moments of formation,
22:52moments of disclosure,
22:53moments of knowledge
22:55of the nautical vehicles
22:57of all those forces of the order
22:59that work for that aspect
23:01of navigation safety
23:03or trade safety.
23:05You see the captaincy,
23:07the finance guard,
23:09the border police,
23:10the firefighters,
23:11the carabinieri,
23:12therefore a whole series of ...
23:14it is a community,
23:15an institutional community
23:16that works in favor of the port.
23:18Secondly, there are also
23:19musical moments,
23:22moments in which,
23:24how to say,
23:25you want to make understood
23:27who we are
23:28through the game,
23:29the music,
23:30the culture
23:31and the confrontation.
23:32The Coast Guard also presents
23:33the initiative,
23:35which always participates
23:36with great enthusiasm.
23:38This year in particular
23:39the activity takes place
23:41in this one day
23:42on Venice,
23:43in which it takes place
23:44in a welcome
23:45and children showing
23:46our models,
23:47our motorbikes,
23:49movies in which we show
23:51our main institutional activities.
23:55The news of this year
23:56is also the use of a visor
23:58in which we simulate
24:00a rescue with the helicopter.
24:02So the children can
24:03immediately go to the rescuer
24:06and therefore they simulate
24:08the dive in the sea
24:09and the recovery of the shipwreck.
24:10So it is an activity
24:11that has also been very successful
24:13and the children are very fun.
24:16Diversity and inclusion
24:20The companies that aim
24:21on diversity and inclusion
24:22are able to generate
24:23more profits
24:24and one of the elements
24:25contained in the B7 Flash
24:27is the deepening
24:28of the Deloitte industry
24:29elaborated on the occasion
24:31of the G7
24:32Industry Stakeholders Conference
24:34Bridging Gaps
24:35and Building Futures
24:36organized at the margin
24:37of the G7 Ministry
24:39on equal opportunities
24:40in Matera
24:41and that will last
24:42until October 6th.
24:43Deloitte Italia
24:44is the partner
24:45of the B7 Italy 2024
24:47Leading the Transition Together
24:49the private sector
24:50and industrial confederations
24:51expression engagement group
24:53established within the G7
24:55and chaired by Confindustria
24:56under the guidance
24:57of Emma Marcegaglia.
24:58Diversity must be inclusive
25:00of those categories
25:01today less representative
25:03not only for an ethical
25:05and social issue
25:06essential
25:07but also because
25:08it has a totally economic meaning.
25:11Italy is becoming
25:12an old country
25:14and therefore
25:15competence, experience
25:17and reliability
25:18coincide a lot
25:19with age
25:21while this is not true.
25:23In a medium-long term
25:24reasoning
25:25it is necessary to invest
25:26on the training
25:27therefore one of the elements
25:28emerging from the discussion
25:29for example
25:30is the lack of female presence
25:31in the STEM university courses
25:33those referring to the subjects
25:35that touch the sciences
25:36technology, engineering
25:37and mathematics
25:39a fact that is also reflected
25:40in the entrepreneurship
25:42with only 8.8% of women
25:44choosing self-employment
25:46in this sense
25:47the appeal of the business world
25:48is also addressed to politics
25:50the Minister for Equal Opportunities
25:52Eugenia Roccella
25:53confirmed the will
25:55to support a change of course.
25:57The first inclusion
25:58is that of women
25:59we are not yet
26:00a full inclusion of women
26:02women are not a minority
26:03they are half of humanity
26:05and we are still treating
26:08women as if they were a minority.
26:10What we are asking
26:11is this
26:12first of all
26:13we need a cultural change
26:15starting from families
26:16because often
26:17there are stereotypes.
26:42In Bologna
26:43there is a green living room
26:44inaugurated within DUMBO
26:46a project of urban regeneration
26:49from mobility
26:50to heating
26:51A2A partner
26:53for the decarbonization of Bergamo.
26:56Bologna is born
26:57a new place of aggregation
26:58and fun
26:59culturally vibrant
27:00where art, sports and societies coexist
27:02it is the new multifunctional space
27:04of more than 900 square meters
27:06regenerated with the contribution
27:07of the University of Bologna
27:10in the area of the project
27:11Constellazioni
27:12The space is located
27:13within DUMBO
27:14a multi-functional urban district
27:15of Bologna
27:16a temporary urban regeneration hub
27:18among the largest in Europe
27:20which thus enriches
27:21a new area
27:22transformed into a place of aggregation
27:24designed by three young professionals.
27:26Salotto Verde
27:27is a design experiment
27:29that transposes elements
27:30functionality and activities
27:32of the domestic living room
27:34in a public space
27:37that is open
27:38freely usable
27:39by everyone
27:40and accessible.
27:42At the center of the project
27:43the idea of a set of open spaces
27:45and freely usable
27:46by the community
27:47able to stimulate
27:48socialization
27:49interaction
27:50and sharing
27:51all enriched
27:52by furniture
27:53and furniture
27:54on measure
27:55and several inlets
27:56of urban green.
27:57In addition
27:58most of the materials
27:59used
28:00and furniture elements
28:01inserted in the space
28:02have been supplied
28:03by local companies.
28:04This year
28:05we have focused
28:06on urban regeneration
28:07to restore to the community
28:08a versatile
28:09multi-functional place
28:10an iconic place
28:11where to meet
28:12and create
28:13multi-generational collaboration
28:14a real kitchen
28:15of creative ideas.
28:16Constellazione
28:17was born
28:18to favor
28:19positive impacts
28:20on the territory
28:21to go a little
28:22to discover
28:23and support
28:24and support
28:25and perhaps a little
28:26to illuminate
28:27those that are
28:28those small
28:29beautiful projects
28:30if they are
28:31not already
28:32there.
28:33These are
28:34beautiful projects
28:35followed by young people
28:36and that can be
28:37a reference point
28:38for those who observe them.
28:39163 million euros
28:40of value generated
28:41for the territory
28:42in 2023
28:4339.5 million euros
28:44invested in local
28:45infrastructure
28:46and in the maintenance
28:47of the plants
28:4864 thousand tons
28:49of CO2 avoided
28:50and 2400 students
28:51and teachers
28:52involved in environmental
28:53education projects.
28:54There are only
28:55some of the results
28:56illustrated by
28:57the Life Company
28:58A2A
28:59on the occasion
29:00of the presentation
29:01of the ninth balance
29:02of the city of Bergamo.
29:03These data
29:04concur with the acceleration
29:05of the decarbonization
29:06of the city
29:07among the European centers
29:08to have joined
29:09the Climate City Contract.
29:10Today the big themes
29:11on which to work
29:12in the cities
29:13are the theme
29:14of mobility
29:15on which clearly
29:16there is the theme
29:17of sustainable mobility
29:18and therefore
29:19public transport
29:20which we do not
29:21deal with
29:22but then there is the
29:23theme of private mobility
29:24on which electrification
29:25passes through
29:26charging infrastructures
29:27and then
29:28finally
29:29the theme instead
29:30of air conditioning
29:31of the buildings
29:32and on which
29:33the development
29:34of the heating
29:35and the electrification
29:36of the networks
29:37with heat pumps
29:38are the two big drivers
29:39to decarbonize
29:40the city.
29:41So A2A
29:42is an essential partner
29:43of the project
29:44of the Climate City Contract
29:45and we hope
29:46that Bergamo
29:47can make a good impression
29:48in this European context.
29:49Bergamo,
29:50named
29:51Italian Capital
29:52of Culture
29:53Congress
29:54in 2023
29:55was also involved
29:56in the realization
29:57of the Light is Life
29:58initiative
29:59A2A
30:00which allowed
30:01to raise
30:02over 230,000 euros
30:03for the Energy Bank.
30:04The Energy Bank
30:05which is a very important
30:06initiative
30:07which was
30:08set up by A2A
30:09but today
30:10sees the participation
30:11of all major competitors
30:12of other Italian foundations
30:13and other associations.
30:14We intervene
30:15and we are
30:16in this moment
30:17supporting
30:18200 families
30:19in Bergamo
30:20in agreement
30:21with the territorial associations
30:22that govern the process
30:23knowing the territory
30:24and this allowed us
30:25to support
30:26in times of need
30:27which undoubtedly
30:28since 2022
30:29have become
30:30more and more important
30:31with the payment
30:32of the bills
30:33which solved
30:34some small problems
30:35that these families
30:36could have.
30:37We continue
30:38to move forward
30:39on this path
30:40because we believe
30:41that on the one hand
30:42we must do industry
30:43and on the other hand
30:44we must also have
30:45responsibility
30:46for the territories
30:47and for the people.
30:48A2A thus
30:49confirms
30:50strategic partner
30:51for the achievement
30:52of the objectives
30:53of the transition
30:54strategy of Bergamo.
30:55Bergamo has made
30:56a strategy
30:57especially
30:58one of the
30:59most important
31:00objectives
31:01since 2030.
31:02There are
31:03more than 261
31:04actions
31:0541 entities
31:06a fundamental
31:07partner
31:08for us
31:09and A2A
31:10together with all
31:11the actions
31:12that are included
31:13from the implementation
31:14of the heating
31:15to the electrification
31:16to what
31:17concerns
31:18the facilities
31:19and our public
31:20facilities
31:21our buildings
31:22in short
31:23a series of actions
31:24that allow us
31:25to reach
31:26that goal
31:27very ambitious
31:28and that we cannot
31:29miss
31:30the reduction
31:31of 460,000 tons
31:32from here
31:33to 2030
31:34of CO2.
