00:21Aaj hum qurbani ke masail par tafseel-e-guftagoo karenge, is baat par kalam karenge ki qurbani
00:27ka lughawi maana kya hai, qurbani ka istilahi maana kya hai, qurbani kise kaha jaata hai,
00:32shariyat mein qurbani ka daraja kya hai, status kya hai, iski shari hasiyat kya hai,
00:37phir qurbani kis par laazim hai, kis par laazim nahi hai, phir jin jaanwaron ki qurbani ho
00:42sakti hai, wo kaunse hain, aur kaunse jaanwaron ki qurbani nahi ho sakti, un jaanwaron ki
00:47umar ke baare mein kya tafseelat hain, phir agar koi jaanwar qurbani ke liye kharid liya
00:51to ab us jaanwar ko doosre jaanwar se tabdeel kar sakte hain ye nahi, yaani usse bej kar
00:55koi doosra jaanwar le sakte hain ye nahi le sakte hain, phir kin jaanwaron me shirkat
00:59ho sakti hai, ek se zayad log sharik ho sakte hain, kin jaanwaron me shirkat nahi ho sakti,
01:04qurbani ke jaanwar ke uyub ke hawale se kya tafseelat hain, ispe guftagu karenge,
01:08zaba ke hawale se masayil pe kalam karenge, to nadhreen sabse pehle mein guftagu karte
01:12hain is baat par ki qurbani ka lughawi maana kya hai, aur istilahi maana kya hai,
01:16yaani qurbani kise kaha jaata hai, to dekhein jahaat tak lughawi maana ki baat hai,
01:20to qurbani kehte hain, ma yataqarabu bihil abdu ila rabbi, wo kaam jiske zariye banda apne
01:26rab ka qurb hasil karein, usse qurbani kaha jaata hai, zaroor-e-lughat ke.
01:30istilahi tarif ki taraf hain, to istilah ki andar, ismun li hayawanin makhsoos,
01:35bis sinnin makhsoos, yuzbahu biniyatil qurba fi yawmin makhsoos, yaani makhsoos umar ke
01:42makhsoos jaanwar ko makhsoos waqt mein Allah ka qurb hasil karne ki niyat se zaba karna
01:49qurbani kaha jaata hai, qurbani ke andar, basic cheez kya hai, iraqat-ud-dum-khoon
01:54bahana li wajhillah Allah ki riza ke liye, to jin dino mein qurbani karna lazim hai,
01:59usmein qurbani karne se hi banda bari-uz-zimma hoga, yeh nahi hosakta ki koi kahe ki main
02:05is din sadqa kar deta hun, khairat kar deta hun, jitne paison ka jaanwar haana hai, yeh
02:10paise isse main kisi ghareeb ki madad kar deta hun, is tarah karna jaiz nahi hai.
02:14ghareeb ki madad karna apni jagah par kaar-e-mustasan hai, achha kaam hai, madad karein,
02:18qurbani ki dino mein bhi madad kar sakte hain, qurbani ke ilawa dino mein bhi madad kar sakte
02:23hain, lekar agar aap par shariyat mein qurbani ko lazim kiya hai, to ismein aap jab tak muqsoos
02:27jaanwar ko qurban nahi karenge, zaba nahi karenge, us waqt tak aap bari-uz-zimma nahi
02:32honge, muakhaza se nahi bachenge, ind-Allah aapki gharift hogi, to yeh shariyat ka hukum
02:36hai, tauqeefi hukum hai, is par apne amal karna hi karna hai.
02:40ab qurbani ki hasiyat ki taraf aayein, shariy hasiyat iski kya hai, to qurbani ki shariy
02:44hasiyat hai, wujoob, qurbani karna wajib hai, Allah tawba wa ta'ala ne quran-e-majeed
02:49furqan-e-hameed mein bhi iska hukum irshaad farmaaya hai, Huzoor jaan-e-Alam al-Isaat-o-Salaam
02:53ne ahadith-e-tayyaba mein iska hukum irshaad farmaaya hai, aur musulmanon ka shuroor se
02:57is baat par ijmaa chal aa raha hai ki musulman qurbani karte hain, Sarkar-e-Isaat-o-Salaam
03:01ke daur se lekar aaj tak mustaqil tawarus hai musulmanon ka qurbani karne par.
03:06Allah tawba wa ta'ala quran-e-majeed furqan-e-hameed mein surah-e-qawsar mein irshaad farmaata hai
03:09fasallili rabbika wanhar, apne rabb ki namaz pado aur qurbani karo, kai aima-e-tafsir jaisi
03:16Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas radiyallahu ta'alan hu, Imaam Mujahid, Imaam Ikrimah, Imaam Hassan
03:20Basri rahimahumullah waghairah ka maukif ye hai ki yahan wanhar se murad qurbani karna
03:25hai, ahadith ki taraf aayen to badi taadaad hai aur bil khusus ek rawayat mein to yahan
03:30man kaana lahoo sa'atun walam yudahee falaa yakrabannaa musallanaa
03:36jis ke paas istitaat ho aur uske bawajood qurbani naa kare, to wo hamare musallay ke
03:41kareeb naaye, yaani hamare jaay namaz ke kareeb naaye, hamare eed gaah ke kareeb naaye.
03:46Aur baaz rawayat mein yeh firmaaye ki har saal, har gharwalon par qurbani karna laazim hai.
03:52To qurbani karna hai shariyat ki nazar mein wajib hai.
03:54Lekin yeh wajib kaab hai?
03:55Ayaat sab par wajib hai?
03:57Yeh iski koi maqsoos shuroot hai?
03:59To jis tarah shariyat ke digar ahkaam hain, un ahkaam ke andar kuch shuroot hoti hain.
04:03To jis tarah qurbani ke andar bhi kuch shuroot hain.
04:05Har bande par qurbani karna wajib nahi hai.
04:08Karna chahein to kar saktein, lekin wajib kis par hai?
04:10Iske liye buniyadi taur par paanch shuroot hain.
04:13Islam, ikamat, hurriyat, bulugh, yasaar.
04:18Yeh paanch shartein hain, yeh paanch shartein paayi jaayengi to qurbani karna laazim hoga.
04:22Pehli sharte Islam, yaani musalmaan hona zaroori hai, ghar muslim par qurbani laazim nahi.
04:27Dusi sharte ikamat, yaani banda muqeem ho, musafir na ho.
04:30Musafir par shariyat mein qurbani ko wajib karar nahi diya.
04:34Kyunke agar musafir par qurbani laazim kar di jaye, to iske safari muamlaat mein dushbari hogi.
04:38Haraj hoga, mashakkat mein mubtala hoga.
04:40Aur shariyat haraj aur mashakkat ko pasand nahi firmati.
04:43To isliye musafir ko rukhsat di gayi hai.
04:45Disi sharte hurriyat, azaad hona.
04:48Ghulam par qurbani karna wajib nahi hai, qurbani qurbate maaliya hai.
04:52Aur jo maali qurbate hote hain, ye ghulam par laazim nahi hote.
04:56Chauthi shart hai, iski bulugh.
04:58Baalik par qurbani laazim hai, naa baalik par qurbani wajib nahi hai.
05:02Isme ulama ka ikhtilaf hai, lekin fatwa isi par hai.
05:05Muftah bihi qaul ye hai, naa baalik par qurbani wajib nahi hai, bulugh iske liye shart hai.
05:10Naa baalik par khud bhi qurbani wajib nahi, aur naa baalik ke sarparast par bhi uski taraf se qurbani karna laazim nahi hai.
05:16Lekin agar naa baalik ke waalidein, naa baalik ki taraf se qurbani kardein, to achi baat hai.
05:21Mustahab kaam hai, mustahab hone mein kalam nahi hai.
05:24Wajib mein bharal kalam hai, wajib muftah bhi qaul ke mutaabik naa baalik par nahi hai, bulugh iske liye shart hai.
05:29Paanch bhi shart iske liye hai, yasaar maaldaar hona, ghani hona.
05:33Aur ghani aur maaldaar kise kehati hain, sahib-e-nisaab ko.
05:37Jo sahib-e-nisaab hai, wo shariyat ki nadar mein ghani hai, maaldaar hai, moosir hai, us par qurbani karna laazim hai.
05:43Wo nisaab shariyat mein kya rakha hai?
05:45Nisaab iska zakaat ki tarah hai, lekin zakaat ke nisaab mein aur ismein do bunyadi farq hai.
05:51Ek farq toh yeh hai ke zakaat ke nisaab mein hawalane haul shart hai, ek saal mukammal hona shart hai.
05:56Jab ke qurbani ke liye hawalane haul shart nahi hai, saal mukammal hona shart nahi hai,
06:00balke qurbani ke dinon mein sahib-e-nisaab hona shart hai.
06:04Doosa farq yeh hai ke zakaat ke liye maal-e-naami hona shart hai,
06:07yaani zakaat makhsoos amwaal par laazim hoti hai, har tarah ke maal par laazim nahi hoti, saamaan par laazim nahi hoti.
06:14Jab ke qurbani ke andar aisa nahi, qurbani mein jab nisaab ka hisaab lagaya jaata hai,
06:19toh har kism ka saamaan count kiya jaata hai.
06:22Nisaab kya hai?
06:23Nisaab hai saad-e-saad tol-e-sona, ya saad-e-baawan tol-e-chaandi, yeh iski maaliyat ke barabar saamaan.
06:28Yaani bande ke paas jo kuchh bhi saamaan hai, us saamaan ka hisaab lagayenge,
06:32haajat-e-asliyah se zayad jo bhi saamaan aapke paas hai,
06:36agar uski maaliyat saad-e-baawan tol-e-chaandi ko pohchti hai, aur aap par dayan ko minha kiya jaye,
06:41toh saad-e-nisaab aapke paas banta ho, toh iss surat mein aap par qurbani laazim hai,
06:46otherwise aap par qurbani laazim nahi.
06:48Yaani ghani par qurbani bahara laazim hai.
06:51Issmein se haajat-e-asliyah minha hoti hai, haajat-e-asliyah ka matlab yeh hota hai,
06:55ke wo zaroori ashiya, jin ke bagayar insaan ki zindagi dushwaar ho jaye,
06:59wo haajat-e-asliyah kehlaati hai, unn ashiya ko minus kiya jayega, minha kiya jayega nisaab mein se,
07:05wo nisaab mein count nahi hongi.
07:06Jaise rehne ka ghar hai, pehne ke kapde hai, istimaal ki suwari hai,
07:12issi tarah aapke paas jo peshawarana maqasid ke liye laptop, mobile waqara hai,
07:16ya husool-e-ilm ke liye laptop, computer, mobile waqara hai,
07:19tafree ka saamaan nahi.
07:20Agar tafree ke liye mobile hai, ya tafree ke liye laptop hai,
07:23wo haajat-e-asliyah mein shumar nahi hoga, lekin zarurat wala shumar hoga.
07:27To jo haajat-e-asliyah hai, usko minus karenge,
07:29issi tarah jo aap par dain hai, wo dain bhi minus kiya jayega.
07:33Chahe wo aapne kars kisi ka dena ho, kars kisi se leh rakha wo dena ho,
07:37ya aapne bijli ka bil bharna hai, ya ghar mein rashan dalwana hai,
07:41ya aapne ghar ka karai dena hai, ghar karai ke ghar mein rehte hain,
07:44ye saari cheezein bhi haajat-e-asliyah ke saath lahik ki jayengi.
07:48To haajat-e-asliyah se zayed aapke paas jo bhi saamaan hai,
07:51dain mein mashuul na ho,
07:52aur uski maaliyat saadeh baawan tohle chaandi ko pohuchti ho,
07:56to aap par qurbani laazim hai, adarwaiz aap par qurbani laazim nahi.
08:00Yaha yeh bhi batata chalun ke jo sharif faqeer hota hai,
08:02joh ghani nahi hai, jis pe qurbani laazim nahi,
08:04wo sharif faqeer kailaayega shariyat ki istilaan hai.
08:07To sharif faqeer par qurbani laazim to nahi hai,
08:09lekin agar sharif faqeer ne qurbani ki niyaz se jaanwar khareed liya,
08:13to ab uspar bhi qurbani laazim ho jati hai,
08:16ab uspar laazim hai, ke wo ussi jaanwar ki qurbani kare,
08:19aur ussi ki qurbani kare,
08:21wo usko tabdeel bhi nahi kar sakta, kisi aur jaanwar ke saath.
08:24Yeh sharif faqeer par laazim isliye hai,
08:26ke se fauqahaan-e-nazar ke qaim maqam karar diya hai,
08:29ke jab sharif faqeer, jis par shariyat ne laazim nahi kiya tha,
08:32lekin usne khud qurbani ki niyaz se jaanwar khareed liya,
08:34to goya bhi yeh nazar aur mannat ke qaim maqam ho gaya,
08:37uska yeh khareedna.
08:38To ab uspar us jaanwar ki qurbani karna laazim hai.
08:42Isi tarah mannat ki qurbani hoti hai,
08:43kisi ne mannat maani qurbani ki,
08:45to mannat ki qurbani bhi bharat laazim hoti hai,
08:47lekin mannat ki qurbani mein yeh zain nasheen rahe,
08:50ke jab mannat ki qurbani ki jayegi,
08:52to uska gosht khud istimaal nahi kar sakte,
08:54saare ka saara gosht sadqa karna zaruri hai.
08:57Yeh jo gani qurbani karta hai,
08:58yeh sharif faqeer qurbani karta hai,
09:00yeh qurbani iska gosht yeh khud bhi kha sakte hai,
09:03aur doosron ko bhi de sakte hai.
09:04Lekin mannat ka jo gosht hai,
09:06wo khud nahi kha sakta mannat maanne wala,
09:08uska gosht saare ka saara sadqa karna zaruri hota hai.
09:11To nadrin yeh baat humne ki,
09:12qurbani ki shuroot ke waale se,
09:14qurbani ka logavi maana bhi beyaan ho gaya,
09:16qurbani ka istilahi maana bhi beyaan ho gaya,
09:18qurbani ki haisiyat,
09:20shari darja kya hai,
09:21status kya hai,
09:21wajoob yeh bhi beyaan ho gaya,
09:23qurbani karne ke,
09:25wajib hone ke liye,
09:26kya shuroot hai,
09:27ispar bhi hamara kalam tafseeli ho gaya,
09:29ab aage hum guftagu karenge,
09:30ki qurbani kis kism ke jaanwaron ki ho sakti hai,
09:33aur kin jaanwaron ki qurbani nahi ho sakti.
09:35To shariyat ne buniyadi taur par,
09:37qurbani ke liye,
09:38teen tarah ke jaanwaron ko fix kiya hai,
09:40yeh teen jaanwar,
09:42in ki qurbani ho sakti hai,
09:43in ke lawa aur jaanwaron ki qurbani nahi ho sakti.
09:46Teen jaanwar kaun se hai?
09:47Teen jinse hain,
09:48ek bakri,
09:49doosra gaaye,
09:50teesra oont.
09:51Bakri ke,
09:52yeh teen jinse hain,
09:54tamam anwaar in ke andar shamil hain,
09:56yaani muzakar,
09:57muhannas,
09:57sab theek hai,
09:58bakri ho,
09:59ya bakra ho,
10:00chalega,
10:00isi tarah dumba,
10:01dumbi,
10:01bhed waghaira,
10:02nar ho ya maada,
10:03wo bakri ke saath laahik hai.
10:05Isi tarah bhains aur bhainsa,
10:06yeh gaaye ke saath laahik hai.
10:08To bakri,
10:09bakra,
10:10dumba,
10:10dumbi,
10:11bhed,
10:11nar ho ya maada,
10:12iski qurbani kar sakte hain,
10:14gaaye ki qurbani kar sakte hain,
10:15bail ki qurbani kar sakte hain,
10:17bhains ki qurbani kar sakte hain,
10:18bhainsa ki qurbani kar sakte hain,
10:20oont ki qurbani kar sakte hain.
10:22Jo bakri hai,
10:23bakri aur iski anwaar jitni bhi hain,
10:25jo iske tehad shamil hain,
10:26in sab mein sirf ek bande ki taraf se
10:28yeh qurbani ho sakte hain,
10:30ek se zayad loon ki taraf se
10:31yeh qurbani nahi ho sakte hain.
10:33Jab ke gaaye,
10:34bail,
10:34bhains,
10:35bhainsa,
10:35aur oont mein,
10:36zyada se zyada,
10:37saath loon sharik ho sakte hain.
10:39Saath loon ka sharik hona zaruri nahi,
10:41lekin yeh ijaadat hai,
10:42ke saath tak afraad sharik ho sakte hain.
10:45Acha bakri waqara ke andar hi baaw ka dekhne mein aata hai,
10:47ke logon par,
10:48ek ghar ke logon mein,
10:49ek se zayad afraad par qurbani laazim hoti hain,
10:52lekin poore ghar ki taraf se,
10:54ek jaanwar qurban kar diya jaata hai,
10:55ek bakra ya bakri qurban kar dete hain,
10:57aur smajhte hain,
10:58ke poore ghar ki taraf se qurbani ada ho gayi,
11:00to aisa karna durst nahi hain.
11:02Jis jis par qurbani laazim hai,
11:04har banda apni alag qurbani karega,
11:06ya qurbani ke us jaanwar mein hisa lega,
11:08jisme hisa liya jaa sakta hai.
11:10Ek bakri ya ek bakra,
11:11sirf ek fard ki taraf se kiya jaa sakta hai.
11:14Aur jin rawayaat ke andar yeh bayan hua hai,
11:16ke ek bakri,
11:17ek bakra jaye,
11:17wo ghar walon ki taraf se hua,
11:18to waha tashreeq fis sawab muraad hai,
11:21yaani Sarkar Ishaat-o-Salaam ne,
11:23sawab mein sharik kiya tha baakiyon ko.
11:24Qurbani to Sarkar Ishaat-o-Salaam ki apni thi,
11:27bakiya afraad ko aapne sawab mein sharik kiya tha,
11:29yaani jo isaal-e-sawab ki ek surat hai.
11:31To sawab mein kisi ko bhi sharik kiya jaa sakta hai,
11:34lekin wajib ki adai baharal,
11:35ek ki taraf se hogi,
11:37chhote jaanwar ki surat mein.
11:38Bada jaanwar,
11:39yaani gaai yaoont ho,
11:40to phir saath tak afraad sharik ho sakte hain.
11:43Phir jin jaanwaron mein shirkat ho sakte hain,
11:45unke andar bhi yeh zaruri hai,
11:46ke wo kisi bhi sharik ki niyat ghosht ki na ho,
11:50yaani koi na koi qurbat maqsood ho,
11:52chahe wajib qurbani maqsood ho,
11:54ya aqeeqa maqsood ho,
11:56to hi sharik ho sakte hain,
11:57otherwise agar kisi ki niyat sirf ghosht ki hai,
12:00ghosht hasil karne ki niyat se kisi ne usme koi hisa daala hai,
12:03to surat mein kisi ki bhi qurbani adaa nahi hoti,
12:06sab ki niyat qurbat ki hona zaruri hai,
12:08sawab ki hona zaruri hai,
12:09jehat alag alag ho sakte hai,
12:11koi wajib qurbani ki niyat se hisa daala hai,
12:13koi aqeeqa ki niyat se hisa daala hai,
12:15to daala jaa sakta hai,
12:16qurbani ke jaanwar mein,
12:17bade jaanwar mein,
12:18aqeeqa ka hisa bhi kiya jaa sakta hai.
12:20Aur aqeeqa jo hai,
12:21ladke ka ho to do hisa daalna behtar hai,
12:24ladki ka ho to ek hisa daala jaayega,
12:26lekar agar ladke ke bhi do hisa daal diya,
12:28ek hisa daal diya do ki jaga,
12:29to bhi kifayat karega,
12:31haraj nahi hai,
12:31ek hisa bhi ladke ki taraf se kiya jaa sakta hai.
12:34Phir in jaanwaron ki umar kya honi chahiye,
12:35to hadees-e-mubarak mein firmaa hai,
12:36la tasbahu illa musinna,
12:39qurban na karo,
12:40magar musinna jaanwar ko,
12:41musinna ka maan hota hai,
12:42kabir-o-sin,
12:43badi umar ka,
12:43to teenon ke andar musinna alag-alag hai,
12:45bakri aur jo iski anawaan hai,
12:47iske andar hai,
12:48chhota jaanwar,
12:49isme musinna se murad hai,
12:50ek saal ka jaanwar,
12:52bada jaanwar ke andar,
12:53gaaye aur gaaye ki anawaan,
12:55in ke liye do saal ki umar honi chahiye kamas kam,
12:58aur oot ke liye kamas kam,
13:00paanch saal ki umar darkaar hai,
13:01yaani oot paanch saal ka ho to qurbani kar sakte hain,
13:04paanch saal se ek din bhi kam ho to qurbani nahi ho sakte hain,
13:06gaaye aur iski anawaan ke andar,
13:08do saal hono zaruri hai,
13:09ek din bhi kam ho to qurbani nahi ho sakte hain,
13:12isi tarah bakri aur iski anawaan mein,
13:14in ke andar,
13:16ek saal hono zaruri hai,
13:17ek saal se ek din bhi kam ho to qurbani nahi ho sakte hain,
13:20haan isme ek istisna hai,
13:22aur wo istisna hai,
13:23jaza minat daan,
13:25daan yaani dumba ya bhed,
13:26iske andar chunke sarkar ishaat-ul-salam ne khud istisna kiya hai,
13:30ki chhe maa ka bhed ka bacha,
13:32ya chhe maa ka dumba ka bacha,
13:34agar itna farba ho,
13:35ke usse ek saal walon mein shamil kiya jaye,
13:38to ek saal ka hi lagta ho,
13:39door se dekhne mein,
13:40to iss surat mein uski qurbani kiya sakti hai,
13:42otherwise usme bhi chhe maa mein qurbani nahi kar sakte hain,
13:45agar wo ek saal ka na lagta ho to,
13:47ye khub zehn nasheen raha hai,
13:48dumba ya bhed ke andar,
13:50jo ye istisna hai,
13:51ke chhe maa ke dumba ki qurbani bhi ho jati hai,
13:53chhe maa ki bhed ki qurbani bhi ho jati hai,
13:55ye ussi waqt hai,
13:56jab ke wo dekhne mein,
13:57ek saal ka lagta ho,
13:59agar wo itna farba nahi,
14:00ke dekhne mein ek saal ka lagta ho,
14:02to iss surat mein uski qurbani bhi nahi hogi,
14:04ye jo jaanwar qurban karne ki jaat hai,
14:07in ke lawa aur kisi kisam ke jaanwar ki jaat nahi,
14:10hiran ki qurbani aap nahi kar sakte hain,
14:11murugi ki qurbani nahi kar sakte hain,
14:13koi kahe jaanwar mein inse hatke jaanwar qurban karte hain,
14:15ye shariyat ki taraf se mukarrar karda jaanwar hain,
14:18jin jaanwar ko shariyat ne mukarrar kar diya hai,
14:20sirf unhi jaanwaron ki qurbani kar sakte hain,
14:21unke sewa deekar jaanwaron ki qurbani karne ki ijazat nahi,
14:25phir in jaanwaron ke andar bhi ahli jaanwaron ki qurbani ho sakte hain,
14:29wahshi jaanwaron ki qurbani nahi ho sakte hain,
14:31ahli ka maana hota hai,
14:32woh jaanwarin se insaan maanoos hote ho,
14:34jine pala jaata ho,
14:36wahshi ka maana hota hai,
14:37jangli jaanwar,
14:37jaise gaye ke andar,
14:38neel gaye wagah raha hai,
14:39ye jangli jaanwar hain,
14:41inhe aam taur par pala nahi jaata,

28:52wo bhi chhuri pe haath rakh deta hai,
28:54toh yahaan khub achi tarah zehin nasheen kar lein,
28:57ke agar chhuri par,
28:58ek se zayad bandon ka haath ho,
29:00toh sabka Allah ka naam lena zaroori hai,
29:03agar kisi ek ne bhi nahi liya,
29:04toh jaanwar halaal nahi hoga,
29:06jaanwar ke halaal hone ke liye zaroori hai,
29:08ke jo jaanwar ko zaba kar raha hai,
29:10waqt-e-zaba Allah ka naam lena,
29:12un sab ke liye zaroori hai,
29:13jin jin ka chhuri par haath hai,
29:15agar sirf zab-e-kasab hai,
29:17ek hi banda zaba kar raha hai,
29:18chhuri par usi ka haath hai,
29:19phir toh sirf uska kehna kaafi hai,
29:20Bismillah-e-Allah-u-Akbar,
29:22dekin agar uske haath par,
29:23kisi aur ne bhi haath rakh rakha hai,
29:25chahe wo ghar ke bache ka ho,
29:26ya ghar ke bade ka ho,
29:27uska bhi Bismillah-e-Allah-u-Akbar kehna zaroori hai,
29:30Allah ka naam lena zaroori hai,
29:32sab naam lenge,
29:33jaanwar jab zaba kiya jaye,
29:34toh zaba karte huye,
29:36ek jaanwar ko,
29:37doosre jaanwar ke saamne zaba naa kiya jaye,
29:39doosra jaanwar zaba karte huye,
29:41ghaseet ke naa le jaya jaye,
29:43wo jaanwar chunke qurbani ka jaanwar hai,
29:45toh us jaanwar ki tazim-o-takreem ka hukum hai,
29:47shariat ki taraf se,
29:48us jaanwar ki tazim ki jaye,
29:51tawqeer ki jaye,
29:52aur us jaanwar ko bhooka-pyaasa zaba naa kiya jaye,
29:55usko chaara khilaya jaye,
29:56paani pilaya jaye,
29:57uske baad usse zaba kiya jaye,
29:58isi tarah,
29:59us jaanwar ki aankhon ke saamne churi tez naa kiya jaye,
30:02isse bhi mana kiya jaye,
30:03yaani us jaanwar ka ikraam kiya jaye,
30:05aur jab zaba kiya jaye,
30:06toh istara zaba kiya jaye,
30:07ke usse takleef kam se kam ho,
30:09be waja,
30:10be zabaan jaanwaron ko takleef dene ki mumanat hai,
30:13wada zabahtum fa ahsinu zibha,
30:15jab tum zaba karo,
30:16toh acche tareek se zaba karo,
30:18yaani bila waja ki takleef dena,
30:19jaanwar ko bhi mamnoo hai,
30:21aur jab jaanwar ko zaba kiya jaata hai,
30:23toh baad log aisa karte hain,
30:24ke woh jo khoon baitha hai,
30:26toh us khoon ko apne paun pe laga laeti hain,
30:29ya ghar ke darwada pe laga laeti hain,
30:30apne paun pe laga laeti hain,
30:32ya bachon ke paun pe laga laeti hain,
30:33ke janab iss se bahadri paida hogi,
30:35aur ghar ke darwada pe,
30:37ya diwaar pe bahar laga laeti hain,
30:38ye keh ke janab iss se afaat-o-baliyaat talengi,
30:41toh aisa karna jaaiz nahi hai,
30:43jaanwar ko jo baitha khoon hai,
30:44chahe woh qurbani ke jaanwar kahi kyu nahi ho,
30:46woh na paak hai,
30:47sharan woh najis hai,
30:48woh haram hai,
30:49usse iss tarah istimaal nahi kar sakte,
30:51usse apne aap ko alooda karne ki jaat nahi hai bila waja,
30:54paun pe lagana bhi jaaiz nahi,
30:56apne paun pe lagana bhi jaaiz nahi,
30:57bachon ke paun pe lagana bhi jaaiz nahi,
30:59aur ghar ke diwaaron,
31:00ya ghar ke darwada pe bhi usse lagana jaaiz nahi,
31:03aur raha gaya afaat-o-baliyaat ke talne ka tasawwurt,
31:05ye toh waisi badshagooni ke andar aata hai,
31:07tawahum parasti ke andar aata hai,
31:09afaat-o-baliyaat iss tarah khoon se nahi talti hain,
31:12afaat-o-baliyaat naik kaamon se talti hain,
31:14afaat-o-baliyaat Allah ke huzoor dua karne se talti hain,
31:18afaat-o-baliyaat Qur'an-e-Majeed Furqan-e-Ahmeed ki tilawat se talti hain,
31:21afaat-o-baliyaat Adhiya-e-Masura se talti hain,
31:24woh duaayin jo Qur'an-o-Hadees me aayi hain,
31:26woh istihaad-e jo Qur'an-o-Hadees me mazkoor hua hain,
31:28woh pandne se afaat-o-baliyaat talti hain,
31:31iss tarah jaanwaron ke khoon lagane se afaat-o-baliyaat nahi talti hain,
31:34baaki naik kaam jo bhi ho,
31:36woh afaat talne ka zariya hota hai,
31:38sadqa bhi afaat talne ka zariya hota hai,
31:41aur jaanwar qurbaan karna ye fail hai,
31:43khud ye fail afaat talne ka zariya hai,
31:46be-izni Allah, Allah ke izan se,
31:47lekin iss tarah khoon waqara lagana,
31:49aur isse ye samajhna ki ye afaat talne ka zariya hai,
31:52ye jaaiz nahi,
31:53ye itiqaat bhi galat hai,
31:54aur ye fail bhi galat hai,
31:55dono cheezein hi galat hai,
31:56iss ki ijaat nahi hai,
31:58jaanwar jab zabha kiya jaayega,
32:00toh zabha karti usse,
32:01jaanwar ko qibla rooh lataya jaayega,
32:02yaani zabha karne wala jo zabih hai,
32:04woh bhi qibla rooh ho,
32:06aur jis jaanwar ko zabha kiya jaa raha hai,
32:08woh bhi qibla rooh ho,
32:09aur jab uspe paun rakhenge,
32:10paun rakke uspe dua pari jaayegi,
32:12inni wajjahatu wajhiyya lilladhi,
32:14fatara samawati wal ardi,
32:16hanifon wa maana minal mushrikeen,
32:19inna salati wa nusuki wa mahyaya,
32:21wa mawati lillahi rabbil alameen,
32:23la sharika lahu wa bithalika umirtu,
32:26waana minal muslimeen,
32:27Allahuma laka wa minka,
32:30bismillahi Allahu akbar,
32:32aur jab ye zabha ho jaye,
32:33uske baad ab dua karenge,
32:34Allahuma taqabbal minni,
32:36kama taqabbalta min khalilika Ibraheem,
32:39alaihi salatu wassalam,
32:40wa min habibika Sayyidina Muhammad,
32:42alaihi salatu wassalam,
32:43aur agar kisi aur ki taraf se zabha karenge,
32:45toh iss surat mein minni ki jagah min kahenge,
32:48aur aage uska naam lenge,
32:49jaise misal ke tawafar Khalid ki taraf se zabha karenge,
32:52Khalid jo ki Ahmed ka beta hai,
32:54Khalid bin Ahmed ki taraf se zabha karenge,
32:55toh yoon dua mangi jayegi,
32:57Allahuma taqabbal min Khalid bin Ahmed,
33:00kama taqabbalta min khalilika Ibraheem,
33:02alaihi salatu wassalam,
33:03wa min habibika Sayyidina Muhammad,
33:05alaihi salatu wassalam,
33:06Allah tabarak wa ta'ala se dua hai,
33:08ke humein qurbani ke masayil samajhne ki,
33:10aur apni riza ke liye,
33:13jaan aur qurbaan karne ki,
33:14tohfiq e rahmat firmaaye,
33:16aur har kisam ki shari kharabiyon se bachaaye,
33:18qurbani ke maamlein mein bhi,
33:19aur qurbani ke alaawa bhi,
33:20tamaam haalaat mein,
33:22Allah tabarak wa ta'ala humein,
33:24apne aur apne Mahdi alaihi salatu wassalam ke ahkaam par,
33:27amal karne ki tohfiq ataa firmaaye,
33:28shari masayil seekhne ki,
33:30us par durust andaaz mein amal karne ki,
33:32aur durust andaaz mein doosron tak ponchane ki,
33:34tohfiq e rahmat firmaaye,
33:36wa aakhiru daawaana,
33:37anil hamdu lillahi rabbil aalameen.
