00:00Now we want to expand to Jakarta, to Ibu Gota.
00:11Sometimes we order, we pay for lunas.
00:15We just go up for 50 minutes, take a photo, upload it on Medsos, and that's it.
00:20Even though we have prepared it professionally.
00:24It gives us confidence that we can do it.
00:29We are sure that if there are shortcomings, there are advantages.
00:36Something cannot be born like this.
00:39There must be a process, and that's what we do.
00:54My name is Triyono, I am the founder of DivaPack,
00:58a means of transportation for disabled people who are vulnerable to air pollution.
01:04At first, I didn't think about this.
01:08Back then, we had a cafe, a place to gather community friends.
01:14From there, I started to get to know the term DivaBull since 2014.
01:19At first, it was just a normal social movement.
01:23We wanted to share motorbikes to DivaBull friends in Yogyakarta
01:28who are from disabled and uneducated families.
01:31So that their simple dreams, in our opinion,
01:35can be bigger so that they can move anywhere.
01:39Then in 2015, I went around looking for consumers.
01:44From community 1 to community 2,
01:46from community 1 to community 2,
01:49DivaBull community, Mama, Aisyah, all of them
01:53didn't come to promote that there was an Ojek called Ojek Diva.
01:58At that time, we didn't give the name Ojek Diva, the driver was DivaBull.
02:06The system was formed in November 2015.
02:09We launched DivaPack to the public on December 3, 2015 in Balai Kota.
02:17The closest reference is Beca Medan.
02:21But the shape is a bit like this too.
02:23At first, I went around looking for it, but I found Beca Medan.
02:28In the end, I wanted to make it myself.
02:31So I created it myself with what I had experienced.
02:34Oh, it turns out that for a safepad, the model has to be like this
02:37so that it is balanced, comfortable, and stable.
02:40So one motorbike, before being used by other friends,
02:43is usually not used.
02:48Now we want to expand to Jakarta, to the capital.
02:54We consider that in the capital,
02:57the accessibility is still low,
03:00there are many residents, and the health center is there.
03:05From that dream, we want to enter the capital,
03:08and we want to change the capital.
03:11Because if we want to go to the capital, we have to be focused on the impact.
03:15And we want to expand there with a new model, DivaPack.
03:22Sometimes we order, pay for lunas,
03:26just go up 50 minutes, take a photo, upload it on Medsos, that's it.
03:31Even though we have prepared it professionally,
03:34but the dimension is like that, so the professionalism is gone.
03:38We get money, yes.
03:40Not tired, yes, it's okay, not tired.
03:43But the mind is tired.
03:45It's a pressure.
03:47Just imagine, we don't have to do anything, just give it away, for example.
03:52It's like a charity.
03:59This is one of the motorbikes from DivaPack.
04:04DivaPack is a type that is not wheelchair accessible,
04:10for ordinary people, friends, users, like me.
04:16So it goes up through the side, just like opening a car door.
04:23Just go up, sit here,
04:28while standing, enjoy the environment,
04:33and we provide protection so that it is not exposed to the wind.
04:37And we also provide a roof so that it is not directly exposed to heat.
04:57How much is the budget for modification?
05:15Actually, the budget for modification is variable.
05:20So if we usually average 3 to 5 million,
05:26that's with a few complete ornaments,
05:32roof, steering wheel, and front window.
05:45My name is Tommy Shapi, I am 38 years old,
05:49working as a driver at DivaPack.
05:51I have been working at DivaPack since 2015.
05:56The benefits of working at DivaPack are,
05:59first, we can help those in need.
06:02For example, in the past, we were broken down by people.
06:07DivaPack used to be like that.
06:10So now, we can prove that through DivaPack,
06:15we can help, we can negotiate, we can earn our own money.
06:22My hope to the people is,
06:26don't look down on us,
06:28give us confidence that we can do it.
06:32We are sure that because there are shortcomings, there are advantages.
06:42I am Mrs. Watini.
06:45In the past, I knew from the community,
06:48that DivaPack had a community,
06:53and some of my friends became DivaOjects.
06:59Then I joined in the negotiation.
07:02In the past, I was a caterer,
07:06so I needed to deliver food, snacks, etc.
07:13I felt more comfortable using DivaPack.
07:15I feel safe using DivaPack.
07:18I have been a customer for a long time,
07:22so I don't have any problems.
07:30My name is Sri Juwanti.
07:33If it's hot, I don't feel hot.
07:36If it's rainy, I don't feel rainy.
07:38I don't have any risk.
07:39I have been a housewife for a long time.
07:44I have been a housewife for a long time.
07:46I have been a housewife for a long time.
07:48I have been a housewife for a long time.
07:55My mother is the most influential person
07:58in my mentality and way of thinking since I was a child.
08:02I am full of food.
08:06I am full of food.
08:08So, my mother treats me the same as others.
08:11And my friends are used to it,
08:14if they eat well with me.
08:16For example, if I am scolded by other kids,
08:20they ask me to come over.
08:22They ask me, what do you want?
08:24My mother is very enthusiastic when talking about education.
08:29Even, I was welcomed and waited.
08:32Even, I was welcomed and waited.
08:33Even, I was welcomed and waited.
08:35So, I can learn.
08:37So, I can learn.
08:39So, I can learn.
08:41Those are the values that stick to me.
08:46Those are the values that stick to me.
08:48Until now, wherever I go,
08:51I am confident and brave.
08:53Because I was designed like that since I was a child.
08:57Something cannot be born just like that.
09:00There must be a process.
09:01There must be a process.
09:09My principle of life is
09:11I do not insult myself.
09:14And I consider others the same.
09:17That's it.
09:19I can do what they do.
09:22We are determined by the nine people around us.
09:25If the nine people around you are toxic,
09:28that's it. You are toxic too.
09:29That's it.
09:31So, choose among your friends,
09:34in the community,
09:36so that you become yourself who does not insult yourself.
09:59Thank you for watching.
