00:08I'm a 28-year-old bodybuilder from the south of England in Bournemouth.
00:11I'd say for me the ultimate biohack has been the carnivore diet.
00:30The last time I had vegetables was about a couple of weeks ago.
00:33I tend to have vegetables or fruit or any kind of thing like that.
00:36Maybe every two weeks, but that's in one single meal with family.
00:40I find for me it gives me the best flexibility between eating things I enjoy with family members.
00:47Although there are other options you can have outside of, you know, restaurant food.
00:52Some people just go to the restaurant, not eat anything, drink a glass of water, then they'll eat before or after.
00:58For me, I like the social aspect of eating more so than the food itself.
01:02But that's it for the most part and probably 99% carnivore.
01:14In the future, I'd like to compete more.
01:16I'd like to spread awareness to the carnivore diet as it stands.
01:20I think it's a lot of, there's a lot of misconception about it, nutrient deficiencies, things like that.
01:27The thing is, I'm the healthiest I've ever been.
01:29I suffer with many different issues, health issues, which were otherwise not imposed upon myself by me.
01:36When I actually managed to mitigate a lot of pain, stress, fatigue from doing it.
01:41So I suffer with autistic spectrum disorder.
01:43And for me, it's been very valuable to actually implement this diet as a, almost like an intervention.
01:49I noticed the events transpire.
01:52Since that time I've started carnivore diet, I've reduced all medication down to one single medicine each day.
01:59And that's from the point where I was using codeine, lots of painkillers, antacids every single day for years.
02:05So my life as an autistic carnivore bodybuilder, what it's worth is significantly better.
