00:17the offerings you can you can get? So Umami, I usually explain people it's east meets the west
00:24flavours. So you get sort of all the cultures under one roof. So when you go out with friends
00:30and family and you can't quite decide on what you want to eat, we've got it all covered. Yeah. Yeah
00:35it's a little bit, cuisines from everywhere. 180 dishes almost. 180 dishes? Across the board
00:42desserts, chocolate fountain, that sort of cool stuff. Yeah yeah. Ice cream. Ice cream. Let's not
00:48forget that. When do you officially open to the public then? Tuesday the 18th. 18th. Yeah yeah
00:54so it's all systems go for you guys. So you both live Shropshire, gents. And what do you think of
01:02what they've done with the place? I mean you know it's the first time Shropshire Star have come in.

01:28concept you look in and it does look high-end. Yeah. It does doesn't it? Yeah. It's full of people.

01:39particularly be picking out? Oh I'm a char siu belly pork sort of guy. Anything meat. The Chinese
01:46section hit my meat. Yeah. And then pizzas as well. Our pizza's the next level. It's not going to be
