00:30 So you're just getting up to speed at the minute then I guess, brand new, you know what I mean, it's kind of a settling in period.
00:36 So for people that don't know about Winger's, and they don't know about your Aldridge store, what is it? What's Winger's?
00:42 What kind of, you know, delicacies are we talking about?
00:44 So, obviously we just concentrate on chicken, but we have two cuts through the wing and then we have what we call the tenders, the bonus pieces of chicken.

00:54 The idea is you pick which chicken you want, the wings or the tenders, and then you can add your sauces.

01:02 We have some spicy sauces like Sriracha, or we have like garlic and parmesan, which is very popular.

01:09 And then all those cuts of chicken also go into our burgers, wraps, we do have mac and cheese, we do have loaded fries.
01:16 So really we're just about bringing people in as like a family orientated company.

01:22 We try and have that family only food as you come through the door.
01:26 It's all fresh chicken, it's all bought in fresh weekly, so nothing frozen.
