00:00What's emerged this morning is truly extraordinary because what you've got is no less than the
00:05Chancellor admitting that the money that they were pretending was available in their manifesto
00:12for their desperate policies is in fact money that's already been accounted for. So that means
00:18you've got a manifesto from the Tories which is not worth the paper on which it is written because
00:24it is completely unfunded. On tax we have set out our manifesto which is very very clear about not
00:32increasing tax on working people. Every plan in the manifesto is fully costed, fully funded
00:39and none of our plans require tax rises over and above those we've already set out. Our central
00:45focus and mission if we come into government will be on growing the economy, making sure that we're
00:51creating the wealth that this country needs. We've got brilliant skills, we've seen some of that
00:55at the port here and that will make sure that everybody is better off. Now that means investing,
01:01attracting investment and improving our relationship with the EU. It's not about
01:07going back into the EU, we've left, we're not going back, it's not about the single market
01:12or customs union but I think everybody would say the deal we've got is not good enough
01:16and we could do better than that.
