00:50Additionally, 13 others including officials and incorporators of three companies are implicated in the case.
00:56This development is related to the recent discovery of an illegal Pogo hub in Bamban, Tarlac.
01:01The PAOCC and PNPCIDG presented documents that allegedly incriminate the accused.
01:08This is multiple pieces of evidence that can be combined and considered circumstantial evidence
01:14to show that there is probable cause to charge them.
01:19One piece of evidence points to Guo supposedly as co-owner of Zoo Yuan Technology, the Pogo hub raided by authorities.
01:27Evidence like the fact that he applied to the Pogo from the local government,
01:37his involvement in the lesser company, and other evidence like his name,
01:44are all included in the documents found in the Pogo compound.
01:48Human trafficking is just the initial charge, more charges are expected to follow as the investigation progresses
01:54and additional evidence is gathered.
02:09While Guo is expected to face the charges, the DOJ is processing a lookout bulletin for the suspended mayor,
02:15which may be issued next week.
02:25However, the IACAT clarified that the complaint has yet to be filed in court and will undergo DOJ procedures.
