Romanian pancakes - thin crusty 'clatite'

This is what my mother was doing back in Romania as a dessert. Clatite in romanian, crêpes in french. To flip them, grab with fingers on the edge - it should not tear. We would eat this either empty - right off the pan - or with jam spread - strawberries, apricot, etc. Custard cream is also delicious on these. Works great with fresh fruits as well - berries, apricot, peach
