00:00Let's take a look at the inspiring story behind an unlimited Sanggyupsal and Yakiniku restaurant here at Negosyo Tayo.
00:10I'm Rev Garcia, one of the owners of an unlimited Sanggyupsal and Yakiniku restaurant.
00:23We really want to have our own F&B business.
00:27This is my first time to venture here.
00:30Sanggyupsal and Yakiniku is a very comfort food for Filipinos.
00:34The Korean dishes for Filipinos is growing.
00:37Our difference from other restaurants is the quality of the meat.
00:42We have pork, chicken, and beef.
00:44The quality of our side dishes.
00:47Second, our bestseller is our premium which is P9.99.
00:52That has unlimited rib-eye.
00:54Our rib-eye is a high-grade.
00:57We also have a la carte, rice bowls that you can take out.
01:02Our biggest challenge is to maintain the quality.
01:07Always assess the customers and make them happy.
01:11Customer satisfaction.
01:13But here, you need to be more honest, sensitive, and focus on what you're doing.
01:20Especially right now when your business is just starting.
01:22Adjustment is always learning.
01:25You need to be hungry for learning.
01:27You need to be willing to learn.
01:29You need to listen to your employees.
01:31You need to listen to those who are more experienced than you.
01:34Whether you're the owner or the higher-ups, you need to listen to them.
01:40Because that's the key to keep your business alive.
01:43Because at the end of the day, your co-workers, your staff,
01:48they are your body in the business that you do every day.
01:53I hope to continue and expand to other dishes, aside from Korean and Japanese.
02:01I really started as an employee.
02:03Slowly, we were promoted.
02:05Our position is getting better.
02:07I dreamed that I could try this.
02:10I took a risk.
02:12Because if you take a risk in something that you want for that business,
02:15you need to give your whole heart for that.
02:17You need to have a commitment to yourself.
02:19Not to other people, but to yourself.
02:22If you're a businessman, it's 24-7.
02:25You'll call them.
02:27Treat them like your children.
02:29Make it a part of your priority.
02:31Make it a lifestyle.
02:33So that you can love your business.
02:35I'm very grateful to my siblings, to my brother, and especially to my partner who is in the US.
02:39The trust that they give, the help we give to each other.
02:43You need to be very transparent.
02:46You need to be very honest with them.
02:47Because you can't handle everything.
02:50You need to remember that you always need help.
02:59In business, the secret is hard work.
03:04We always focus on our customers because they are the key to our success.
03:11So, let's go. Let's do business.
