Cardiffians proud of Wales on list of top recyclers

Wales has long been a decent recycling nation, and the Welsh government have put a number of measures into place over the last few decades, and now the hard work of people, businesses and organisations across the country has landed us almost at the very top of the tree as the second best recycling nation anywhere on the planet.
