Ali is the son of a poor family who grew up in a provincial city. Due to his autism and savant syndrome, he has been constantly excluded and marginalized. Ali has difficulty communicating, and has two friends in his life: His brother and his rabbit. Ali loses both of them and now has only one wish: Saving people. After his brother's death, Ali is disowned by his father and grows up in an orphanage. Dr Adil discovers that Ali has tremendous medical skills due to savant syndrome and takes care of him. After attending medical school and graduating at the top of his class, Ali starts working as an assistant surgeon at the hospital where Dr Adil is the head physician. Although some people in the hospital administration say that Ali is not suitable for the job due to his condition, Dr Adil stands behind Ali and gets him hired. Ali will change everyone around him during his time at the hospital

08:23Okay, just in case something is wrong.
08:28Why does that man keep saying kneecap?
08:31Can you stay away a little bit?
08:35Okay, why is that man calling you innocent?
08:37I don't understand. He said the robber took off his hands and took out his wallet.
08:40How can I do that? How can I have both hands and a wallet?
08:44You didn't do both, did you?
08:46Of course I couldn't. But the robber was angry.
08:48But I didn't shoot Elif. The robber was shot. I didn't shoot.
08:51How can this be my fault?
08:53It's not your fault anyway.
08:57But look, if something happens to that girl...
08:59Let nothing happen to the girl.
09:06The robber is an ex-convict. He's a thug. He's got everything under control.
09:09His wife was in the hospital for a month last year. She was badly beaten up.
09:13According to the counterfeiters, he went in with a gun in the evening and asked for the wallets.
09:17Your doctor didn't do what he wanted.
09:19He even made a scene.
09:21The girl was shot.
09:23The counterfeiters took the stick from behind.
09:27We don't know the rest.
09:29Is there anything we can do for you right now?
09:31We need information on the robber and the girl.
09:33Clothes, fingerprints, samples.
09:35And your doctor's statement.
09:37Okay, I'll get you in touch with our forensic doctor, Güneş.
09:40Let's help the gentleman. Good luck.
09:49Come on, I won't force you.
09:51Wash your hands and face.

09:59You want to stay here.
10:02Ali, it's too late. Don't bother me, okay?
10:04No.
10:05There are so many people here. Isn't it too late for them?
10:08I want to stay here and help.
10:10You were in the middle of an armed attack 20 minutes ago.
10:13I can guess how your psychology is.
10:17And I'm not going to be a babysitter to you.
10:19The girl's condition is critical. Please.
10:20I don't want a babysitter. I don't like babysitters.
10:23I want to help Elif.
10:29I want to help Elif.
10:46He was shot with a low-caliber bullet.
10:48Low-caliber bullets can cause unexpected injuries.
10:56What should we do?
10:57His abdomen and chest must be removed.
11:00He has a trauma ultrasound focused on the wound.
11:05Are you sure you're okay?
11:07Yes, I'm sure.
11:09Nothing happened to me. I'm fine. I'm healthy.
11:11I didn't get shot.
11:13You're in good hands. You're with me.
11:17Prepare Dr. Ali for death. It's urgent.
11:27I'm sorry.
11:36Sir.
11:37It's urgent.
11:38There's been an armed robbery.
11:40What should I do? Should I come and arrest him?
11:42The attacker is a young victim.
11:44The girl is wounded.
11:45Dr. Ali wants you for the man.
11:47Wait a minute.
11:49Which man is this?
11:50Are we going to save the robber now?
11:53Kıvılcım, we're doctors.
11:55We don't discriminate.
11:57Come on.
12:02The x-rays are out, sir.
12:06There's a fracture in the pelvis.
12:08The bullet may have hit anywhere.
12:10We need to find the exit.
12:12We'll turn when I count to three.
12:15One, two, three.
12:17Slowly.
12:19Let go.
12:26There's hematoma between the second and third ribs.
12:29Get an ultrasound.
12:30Let's see what happened.
12:41If there's nothing wrong with the brain, I'll take over.
12:44I'm losing my breath.
12:46The brain death will take place in 5-10 minutes.
12:49There's nothing wrong with the brain.
12:51Let's move the monitor forward a little.
12:53Are you okay, sir?
12:55A little more.
13:02Is there a second-degree wound?
13:04I'm looking, sir.
13:21I'm sorry.
13:37Nazlı.
13:39We understand that you are a colored person.
13:40Come on, girl.
13:42There's no chest injury or a second wound.
13:45Oxygen saturation is enough.
13:48I can't breathe with a bronchoscope.
13:51Ms. Selvi, is the operating room set up?
13:54We set it up, sir.
13:55Number 3 is ready.
13:56But there's no other place.
13:57It's urgent for our own cases.
13:59Number 2 will be discharged in 15 minutes.
14:02How?
14:03Can we save just one patient?
14:05I need to stop bleeding.
14:07How are you?
14:08You can take him, sir.
14:10Save your patient.
14:11Nazlı.
14:14Ferman, stop.
14:17The airway is broken.
14:19Anoxic death has a maximum of 5 minutes.
14:21Take the operating room.
14:22The blood pressure here is good.
14:23I'll take care of it.
14:31Wait a minute.
14:32Are we going to save this poor girl instead of this man?
14:35Nazlı, that's enough.
14:36We're going to the operating room and you're coming with us.
14:38Come on, guys.
14:48Hello.
14:49Mr. Fahit.
14:50Hi.
14:53What did you do?
14:54Could you write the letter?
14:59I see.
15:00Well, did you write it to Ali or to Mr. Ferman's operation?
15:10I wrote it to Mr. Ferman.
15:12His operation?
15:17Great.
15:19Can I ask you something?
15:21Can you send me the letter right away?
15:23I mean, I won't be able to wait in the morning to read it.
15:28Okay.
15:29Good evening.
15:42Nazlı.
15:44Doesn't this man have the right to live as long as that girl?
15:48Excuse me, sir?
15:50I mean, doesn't this man have the right to live as long as that girl?
15:54You told me to take the girl before the operation.
15:57Are you deciding who will live and who will die?
16:01I didn't want to say anything like that.
16:03I just made a comment.
16:07I have gastritis.
16:08Okay, I understand.
16:09The girl is a young victim.
16:11This man is probably a drug addict with a gun.
16:15Someone in prison.
16:19But after all, he's a patient.
16:22The medical trial of emotions should not pass.
16:26I didn't do anything like that.
16:29The girl was going to die of blood loss, sir.
16:31This man took his first breath 30 seconds ago.
16:33But both of them were critical.
16:36If you were the urgent doctor, this man would probably be dead by now.
16:44I hope nothing happens to Elif and you don't regret it.
16:48Get out.
16:50Don't you want care?
16:51I didn't say get out of the operating theater.

17:47I couldn't take care of him.
17:48I don't know how he is.
17:50I mean...
17:53Ali doesn't look too bad, but...
17:55No, Selvi.
17:57Someone was shot in front of his eyes.
17:59Someone was shot in front of his eyes.
18:02He saw a gun for the first time in his life.
18:05And they held the gun to his face.
18:07That's true.
18:09He doesn't have such things in his life.
18:12Someone was shot in front of his eyes.
18:14He's in a critical condition.
18:15He doesn't talk to anyone, but...
18:17I'm sure he was very sad.
18:19He was even very scared.
18:20Doctor.
18:21Could you please calm down first?
18:24I mean, if Ali didn't feel well, could he have gone to the operating theater?
18:27Okay, okay.
18:28That's why I'm saying this.
18:29He shut himself up.
18:30Otherwise, he wouldn't have been able to do it.
18:33I hope he doesn't make a mistake inside.
18:43Yes, what else do we have from Talak?
18:45The bullet shattered the transverse colon in the splenic flexor.
18:48Add the list of things to be done.
18:50Let's start.
18:51Clamp, tweezers.
18:56Yes.
18:58Yes.

19:06The bullet pierced my diaphragm.
19:07It went behind his chest.
19:08Ali, I asked you a question, didn't I?
19:16He started bleeding again.
19:17Clamp it.

19:44I'm taking the splenic flexor.
19:45Get ready.
19:46The splenic flexor must be sutured while cutting.
19:48I can't do it at the same time.

25:13Ferman told me to follow her.
25:15I'm not going anywhere. I'm staying here.
25:29Gülen, I need the file results.
25:31It's urgent.
25:32Right away.
25:33Why are you so concerned about Elif?
25:35Because she's fine. I checked her.
25:37You'll understand when you check her.
25:39Are you a psychologist?
25:41Are you a psychic?
25:43Sir...
25:44You don't know what's going on in Ali's head.
25:49Yes, I don't.
25:51Because I don't look at the light in front of me until the surgery.
25:55There's a patient with open internal organs in front of me.
25:58I'm taking care of him.
26:00I was telling you this yesterday.
26:02What happened to you?
26:04Because Ali wouldn't have been affected by this.
26:07His insensitivity helped me. I took him to the clinic.
26:10What else do you want?
26:12Sir, the results.
26:14I'm coming.
26:16Sir...
26:32I'm coming.
26:50Sir...
26:53I'm sorry. I crossed the line.
26:56You were right.
26:59I may have been a little emotional.
27:03If you want to fix the trachea...
27:06...we're going to do an extubation for a few hours...
27:09...so that there's no more internal organ damage.
27:12I'm glad to hear that.
27:15Okay, then.
27:17You're going to be a caretaker tonight.
27:21I'm not on duty tonight.
27:23I wrote you down on duty, then.
27:28Can't a caretaker take care of you?
27:31He can take care of me on duty, but you're going to take care of me.
27:34You know what trachea is.
27:41You're punishing me.
27:43No, I'm not punishing you.
27:45I just can't trust intensive care nurses these days.
27:49Why?
27:51Because two days ago, a woman died on duty.
27:56Do you remember? She was sick, too.
28:01I don't fully understand why she died.
28:09Could Adil Hoca have made a mistake?
28:18No one made a mistake.
28:24I'm in intensive care.
28:31I'm in intensive care.
28:40Enjoy your meal. I'll be back soon.
28:51You're worried about Ali, aren't you?
28:54He says he's fine.
28:56He's blaming himself.
29:06Do you want me to show Ali to Ms. Simge?
29:10Simge?
29:11Psychologist?
29:14He's a thousand years old.
29:17Because he doesn't talk.
29:19He doesn't know how to get out of this.
29:21Because he doesn't talk.
29:22I don't understand how he was affected by this incident.
29:25Maybe he couldn't fully comprehend it.
29:29Okay, I'll take care of it right away.
29:34Hello, Ms. Simge.
29:36I'd like to arrange an appointment.
29:43The wound is dry.
29:45Clean.
29:47It looks good. No problem.
29:49But it hurts a lot.
29:51Is there anything stronger?
29:58This is not enough. Give me another medicine.
30:01How long have you been using it?
30:06I gave you the right medicine for the procedure.
30:08But apparently you showed tolerance.
30:10How long have you been using it?
30:11It's none of your business.
30:13Give me another medicine.
30:14Aren't you a doctor?
30:15You'll do whatever I say.
30:17Look.
30:18There's a piece of wood in the back.
30:19If it's not enough, we'll give it to him.
30:21Bring that piece of wood.
30:22We'll see who gives it to whom.
30:24Güneş.
30:25Okay, I'll take care of it.
30:28Are you okay?
30:29I'm fine.
30:32Go.
30:34Pull the door when you leave.
30:36I'm sorry.
30:47Give me the medicine.
30:49My heart is burning.
30:50My heart is throbbing.
30:52If I give you this medicine now...
30:54...won't you be addicted to it?
30:56What?
31:04That maniac at the market.
31:07Did I see him with my eyes?
31:09He just passed through the corridor.
31:12It wasn't a dream, was it?
31:14Mr. Ali.
31:15He's our doctor.
31:18I see.
31:20You're a team.
31:21You're making me suffer.
31:23You're punishing yourself.
31:25I treat my patients the same way I treat you.
31:28Give me the medicine.
31:31What's going on?
31:32What are you doing?
31:33What's going on?
31:34Calm down.
31:35Get out of here.
31:36Calm down.
31:38Come here.
31:42Are you okay?
31:43I'm fine.
31:44I'm fine, Güneş.
31:46It's because of the surgery.
31:48I sprained my wrist.
31:50I can't eat.
31:51Shut up.
31:54Leave me alone, maniac.
31:56I know what he's like.
31:58What's going on here?
32:00The patient is causing trouble.
32:02I didn't ask you, Güneş.
32:04Mind your own business.
32:08Ms. Nazlı will take care of the patient.
32:11Right, Nazlı?
32:14Good luck.
32:24Do you know why you're here?
32:28Ms. Selvi told me to talk to you.
32:31But I think this is Mr. Adil's idea.
32:33It's not for you.
32:35It's because you had a traumatic event.
32:37You need to be sure that the hospital has medical support.
32:41That's right.
32:43I'm sure.
32:45I'm sure.
32:47I'm sure.
32:49I'm sure.
32:51I'm sure.
32:52I'm sure.
32:53But more importantly,
32:55this is an opportunity to give you emotional support.
32:59I don't need emotional support.
33:02How do you feel?
33:04How do you feel about the incident?
33:06I don't feel anything.
33:08Ali.
33:10After experiencing bad things,
33:12we turn our heads and say,
33:14I wish we had acted differently.
33:16Why should I turn my head?
33:18It happened.
33:20I can't change anything.
33:29Does talking about this upset you?
33:38What are you thinking about?
33:41Systemic Inflammatory Syndrome.
33:44Excuse me?
33:47Systemic Inflammatory Syndrome.
33:49Our operation went well.
33:51But in such serious traumas,
33:53the body can produce an inflammatory reaction
33:55that can destroy itself.
33:57So this means,
34:00the liver, the liver, the heart, the kidneys,
34:03they can all collapse at the same time.
34:06We'll have a doctor on your head all the time.
34:08He'll be under surveillance. Don't worry.
34:11But the next 24 hours are very critical.
34:13I want you to know that.
34:16I don't know what to say.
34:18Do whatever you can.
34:20We need to take care of his family
34:22so that we can do this.
34:24Call them and tell them to come here.
34:28I can't.
34:31I can't call.
34:35I don't even know his last name.
34:40What?
34:42Isn't he your girlfriend?
34:45No.
34:51It was our first date.
34:53We met on the internet.
34:55We got excited.
34:57We wanted to go out and meet.
34:59He didn't take his wallet with him.
35:01His phone was broken there.
35:03I don't know who to call.
35:05Then you don't have to stay here.
35:07You can go.
35:09I want to stay.
35:12If...
35:14If he dies...
35:22I want someone to be with him.
35:27You can stay here as long as you want.
35:29I'll find his family.
35:31Thank you, doctor.
35:37Good luck.
35:41Good luck.
35:56I'm so tired.
36:01I brought you a spoon.
36:03It's good.
36:05I like it.
36:07But it sticks to my palate.
36:12Look what I'm saying.
36:18Why don't we change the patients?
36:22You take mine.
36:24I'll take yours.
36:26That's not true.
36:28It's a joke.
36:30Ali.
36:37How are you?
36:39How are you?
36:43You're in the middle of an attack.
36:45Are you okay?
36:47I'm fine.
36:49You jumped out of me.
36:53What were you doing in my room?
36:55You closed your eyes.
36:57When I came, you jumped.
37:04I was dreaming.
37:07What was that dream?
37:12I'm opening my heart to you.
37:14Aren't you going to open it?
37:20If I don't open my heart to you now...
37:22Are you mad at me?
37:24No.
37:27Then I'd rather not open my heart to you now.
37:30You know that.
37:32Open it.
37:35You'll open it when the right time comes.
37:40How will I know when the right time comes?
37:43I don't know.
37:46But you'll understand.
37:50I don't know. Something grows inside you.
37:53You want to take a step.
37:55It doesn't matter if it's big or small.
37:57You want to do something.
37:59Anything.
38:23I can't believe you ate it.
38:25Did you like it?
