00:29National Economic and Development Authority Secretary Arsenio Balisacan was asked about this.

00:35He replied that most of the official development assistance of the Philippines

00:39came from other institutions.

01:19the Philippines sent a verbal note

01:22regarding the harassment of the China Coast Guard in the Philippine Navy in Iungin Shoal on June 17.

01:29Other details of the protests by the Philippines against China

01:34will be discussed in the next bilateral consultation mechanism or BCM between the two countries.

01:40According to the Foreign Affairs Secretary at the East-West Center International Media Conference,

01:46there is an excess in spreading fake news and distorting the story.

02:07The lies are a distraction because of the real issue.

02:17In particular, the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea and as affirmed by the 2016 Arbitral Award.

02:24Because there is also a war of fake news online,

02:27the Philippines and America are discussing the cyber digital policies of the two countries.

02:34The chorus against threats to peace and stability in the South China Sea and the West Philippine Sea is growing louder.
