00:00How tired are you?
00:02A little bit.
00:03I would say a 5.
00:045 out of 10?
00:05I'd say like an 8 out of 10.
00:07I would say maybe like a 4.
00:09A 4? Okay, so you're not that tired.
00:11Have anything to say?
00:12She's like a 10 tired.
00:14What's the first thing you do when you wake up?
00:16Check my phone.
00:18Try to get up, and then I usually go to my coffee shop.
00:21So first thing, I make sure that I have my swimming gear.
00:24Check my phone.
00:25Check your phone? For how long?
00:2610 minutes.
00:31People are clearly tired,
00:33so we asked Mountain CEO Mark Douglas how he stays energized,
00:37and here's his tip.
00:39I actually live on the East Coast but work West Coast hours.
00:43So I actually get to enjoy my morning before I start my workday
00:48so that when I do start my workday, I'm actually awake.
00:51I've gotten out, I've ridden my bike.
00:54I live in Miami, so I've maybe gone down to South Beach,
00:57literally gone to the beach and things like that.
01:00And so then when I get to the workday,
01:02it's not like a cup of coffee and I'm on the phone.
01:04It's like I went and hit golf.
01:07I went and biked.
01:08I lived my life before I jumped into the workday,
01:11and then it's kind of pretty organized from there.
01:15So it's that combination of get up, enjoy life, and then enjoy work
01:22as opposed to being forced to work the second I get up.
01:27Excuse me.
