00:00The classic bodyweight hip thrust is one of the best starting points when it
00:03comes to training glutes, but if you want even more glute gains, me and Liz have
00:07three upgrades for you that can help you push a little farther. First off, we're
00:10gonna do the barbell hip thrust. So now we're starting to load a little bit,
00:13that's gonna give us a lot more chance to push our glutes a little bit farther.
00:18Next up, we have the eccentric overload hip thrust. So here we're basically taking
00:23the barbell hip thrust, you're gonna hip thrust up with both legs, and then we
00:27come down with a single leg. That's a lot of challenge on your single leg
00:30glute. That's a really, really good way to add a little bit more overload to
00:34your hip thrust. And then the third up, we're gonna get athletic with the hip
00:39thrust, we're going to the plyo hip thrust. So here you're essentially
00:42driving up so powerfully that your foot comes off the ground and you're airborne
00:46for a split second. That explosiveness is gonna contribute to athleticism, it's
00:51gonna help push your glutes farther. Try all of these moves to really upgrade
