00:00So this is something that I had completely forgotten about that happened during the England-Denmark game.

00:06It was only three days on that I just realised the pain that I'm in.

00:10So after Harry Kane scored his goal, it was limbs everywhere in the England end and there was just this huge surge forward.

00:18I got completely swept off my feet, carried a little bit and then dropped onto some seats and it hurt.

00:26I think at the time maybe the alcohol in my system helped but today on my long run I was thinking,

00:32oh my ribs are hurting, my knee's hurting and I just had a look.

00:37Oh look at that, that is nasty.

00:40And then not sure how well you can see my knee but this whole area here is covered in a big bruise.

00:46Three days on and I've got two options now.

00:49Drugs all day, alcohol all day.

00:52One of them is going to soothe it, maybe both.
