00:55the five seafarers from the 27 Filipino crew members who were on board the MV Transworld Navigator returned to the country yesterday.
01:04This is the first batch of Filipino seafarers who were repatriated.
01:08We were trying to comfort them that maybe they were happy that they were able to return.
01:14They couldn't contain their emotions when they arrived.
01:17They felt that they wouldn't be able to return at that time.
01:21Aside from the assistance provided by the DMW,
01:24their license manning agency also promised to provide particular medical assistance.
01:30Hopefully, we can provide assistance to them.
01:34We will provide, as per usual, our department will provide financial assistance.
01:40The DMW also gave more directives to the ship owners,
01:44as well as to the shipping companies,
01:47in their designated warlights or high-risk zones.
01:50Because there is a right to refuse.
01:51So if they don't want to go there, the ship owners should provide assistance.
01:55We are encouraging the ship owners and the license manning agency
