00:48I started my dropshipping journey back in 2022 and I documented the entire process on

00:54So, in this video, I'm going to clear all the confusion, teach you everything I learned
00:58and give you everything you need to start dropshipping today, now, right now.
01:03So, let's get started then.
01:04First of all, really quick, what is dropshipping?
01:07The simplest way I can explain it is, you go on AliExpress, you find a product selling
01:11for this price, you create your own website, you list that product on your website for
01:15a higher price.
01:16You find a way to get customers to go on your website and purchase that product.
01:20After they buy, you go back to AliExpress, put in the customer's details at checkout,
01:24and the AliExpress supplier will ship it directly to the customer without you ever having to
01:29touch the product.
01:30Simple.
01:31Not easy, but simple.
01:32Well, these days, it's a lot easier to make dropshipping work because now, AI can literally
01:35build your store for you in minutes.
01:38And also, you don't need to spend any money on advertising because there's this thing
01:41called organic dropshipping and I'm going to show you how to do all of that right now.
01:46Okay, so how do you actually build a Shopify store?
01:49The old way would have taken you 5 to 10 hours to build it if you were a complete beginner.
01:53This is the new way of doing things.
01:55Scroll down to the description of this video and click the first link.
01:58It's called build your store.
01:59Once you do that, it will take you to this page right here.
02:01As you can see, get a free AI built store in less than 2 minutes.
02:05So what you need to do is click build my free store.
02:07Alright, so just add your details, click next.
02:11Then you would have to build a niche.
02:12Obviously, if you don't know which products you are going to sell yet, just click I'm
02:15not sure.
02:16But if you do, just choose one of the niches.

02:21Next, just click two banners.
02:23It doesn't really matter.
02:24Obviously, you can edit it later.
02:26Now it's time to create the Shopify account.
02:28All you need to do to create a Shopify account, click access Shopify, enter your email address.
02:32As you can see, Shopify has a free three day trial.
02:36And then for the next month, you just pay one pound or $1 depending on wherever you
02:41are.
02:42Just click start free trial.
02:43You can choose to skip all of these steps like it's just unnecessary and then choose
02:46whichever country you live in.
02:48I'm in the UK so and then click next.
02:50So now you can sign up with all these options.
02:52You can just choose to sign up with email, add your details and then just click create
02:55Shopify accounts.
02:57And just like that, your Shopify store has been built.
03:00Obviously, you're not done.
03:01There are a few more steps you need to do to fully complete the store.
03:04You just click done here.
03:05It will take you to the next page to continue the rest of the process.
03:09Do it.
03:10Don't let your dreams be dreams.
03:13Yesterday, you said tomorrow.
03:15So just and just like that, you have your store up, ready, nice looking and ready to
03:21go.
03:22Obviously, if this is not your niche and this is not the product you want to sell, you are
03:25going to make some changes and I'll show you how to do that.
03:28But for now, as you can see, you literally have a store that's ready.
03:31That's the product page.
03:32As you can see, it has all the buy options, everything ready for you to go.
03:36They can track their order, contact information, like everything is literally as straightforward
03:41as it gets.
03:42And just like that, you have a Shopify store ready to go.

03:55Now let's get into finding your first winning product.
03:59What is a winning product and how do you find one for yourself?
04:03If you've watched other videos on dropshipping, you would probably hear other people saying
04:06like it needs to solve a problem.
04:08It needs to have a wow factor, which is fine, but for me, almost none of my winning products
04:12solve the problem.
04:13So my product research criteria is a bit different.
04:16First of all, yes, it needs to have a wow factor because with the method I'm going
04:20to teach you about how to get customers to your website, you rely on going viral on social
04:24media platforms like TikTok and Instagram reels.
04:26So the product needs to have some kind of wow factor or it will be very difficult to
04:30sell.
04:31And instead of solving a problem, the product needs to offer some kind of value to the customer.
04:36Value of course can mean a lot of different things.
04:38I made over 60K with this product right here.
04:41The value it provided was purely just fun.
04:44And also maybe status because having the product would make the customers friends think they
04:48are cool or something.
04:49I made over $300,000 with this product at 50% profit margins.
04:54The value it provided was convenience and time-saving.
04:57It basically rolls your greens fast and easy and everything.
05:00Obviously, the more value the product provides, the more money you will make from it.
05:04Those are my two major criteria.
05:06I'll list all the minor ones here on the screen for you to follow.
05:09So now how do you find a winning product?
05:11Two ways.
05:12With the first way, you do all the work yourself.
05:14And with the second way, you can use a product research tool.
05:17The tool I recommend is called Autodesk, which is also what you are going to use to
05:22ship your products to your customers.
05:24It's basically an all-in-one dropshipping tool.
05:26If you followed the AI store building tutorial till the end, you already would have it installed.
05:32But if you skip that part, let me show you how to install it and link it to your store.
05:36So what you are going to do again, scroll down to the description of this video, click
05:40the second link.
05:42Autodesk has a 14-day trial, but if you use my link, you're going to get a 30-day free
05:47trial soon.
05:48Once you click that link, it's going to take you here.
05:50Now you need to create your Autodesk account.
05:52So just add your details or sign up with Google and just click join.
05:56Obviously, we're going to be using Shopify, so just click Shopify and click continue.
06:00Now you have to pick your payment plan.
06:02Obviously, this is the most popular one.
06:04It's $30 a month, but this is the annual plan.
06:09So if you just want to pay monthly after the 30 days, you just click this and just click
06:13start 30-day free trial.
06:15So yeah, choose between the annual and the monthly plan and just click 30-day free trial.
06:20Now you add your payment details.
06:22Click continue.
06:26There we go.
06:27And just like that, you now have an Autodesk account.
06:30It tells you what to do anyways, but I'll just show you.
06:32Just click here to add your store.
06:34Obviously, don't use this one because we've already done this.
06:37So just click, I have a Shopify store connected to Autodesk and then just click install right
06:42here.
06:43And just like that, you've linked your store.
06:46You've linked everything.
06:48Everything is set and nice.
06:49So now let's get into the product research.
06:52So Autodesk has four main product research tabs.
06:56The first one is a marketplace.
06:58That's where all the products that Autodesk have on their platform are displayed.
07:02As you can see, you can choose where you want to ship the products to, choose where you
07:05want to ship the products from.
07:07You even have US local suppliers to ship your products.
07:10You have China suppliers as usual, Germany.
07:14What they also have is the fast shipping option.
07:16When you click that, as you can see, it will take even as low as one business day for the
07:20product to get to your customer.
07:22Obviously, that is US to US.
07:24As you can see, the shipping times are very, very, very, very, very competitive.
07:28One of the best I've ever seen, period.
07:30And let me show you if you're shipping from China, 6 to 8 days, 18 days, 6 to 8 days,
07:3512 to 18, 17.
07:36Yeah, so 18 days looks like the max and the average is around like 10 days.
07:40The second tab is the hand-picked products.
07:43Here, Autodesk adds products on a daily basis.
07:46As you can see, this was added 9 hours ago, 16 hours ago.
07:49They literally update this page with hand-picked products by their team.
07:54And when you click on one of the products, you can see they've gone deep, deep, deep,
07:58deep into the product analysis.
08:00You can see how high the engagement is.
08:02You can see how saturated it is.
08:04It goes deep.
08:05It goes into like the target audience, age.
08:07Yeah, it gets deep.
08:08So as you can see, this is how much Autodesk is selling the product for.
08:11And this is how much people are selling it for.
08:13So the potential profit you could make is this, which is ridiculous.
08:17Bruv, I should test this.
08:18And it also shows you social media accounts with those videos.
08:21So as you can see, I've seen this on my banner accounts.
08:27It literally gives you everything you need to know whether it's a good product and whether
08:31it's worth testing or not.
08:32The third one is TikTok Spy.
08:34What this is, is it shows you all the TikTok ads and also some of the organic TikTok videos.
08:40And you can just sort it by engagements, like likes, comments, sorted by the country, and
08:45then sort it even by the dates a video was created.
08:49And lastly, you have the trending products here.
08:51It combines TikTok shop, TikTok organic, and TikTok ads together.
08:56And it shows you all the products that are actually trending on TikTok.
08:59If you click on one of them, I believe this one is TikTok shop.
09:03They have some kind of rating system that shows you from 0 to 100 how well that product
09:07is performing.
09:08Obviously, it compares it to all the other products.
09:10That is why I believe this was the first product to show up because it's literally has the
09:14highest amount of sold, 1.7 million sold.
09:18Damn, bruh.
09:19It shows you how well the product is performing overall and also shows you the countries that
09:23the product is being sold to.
09:26And it also has a few other analytics.
09:27Again, you can see all the ads on the products and you can source it as well if you want.
09:31But yeah, that is pretty much the first method of product research.
09:34The next method is what people like to call the burner method.
09:37I've hired people to do this method for me because it takes way too long, but it is also
09:41a really, really good way to find trending products.
09:43What you need to do is make a brand new TikTok account, search for TikTok made me buy it,
09:49and watch about 30 to 40 dropshipping videos.
09:52Basically, dropshipping videos are videos like this.
09:54Usually, the person filming doesn't show their face.
09:56And if you go to their account, it's just that one product that they are filming for.
10:00And they have their website link for that one product in the bio.
10:03There are accounts of people reviewing multiple products like this.
10:06This is not what you are looking for.
10:07We're only looking for dropshipping products, accounts that only sell one product and only
10:12have a store about that one product.
10:13What you need to do is watch the dropshipping videos all the way to the end, like them,
10:18favorite them, leave a comment if you want.
10:21I rarely leave a comment, but you can.
10:23Once you are done watching the 30 to 40 videos, your for you page should look like this.
10:28Full of dropshipping products.
10:32So now all you need to do is scroll through your for you page like favorite until you
10:36find a dropshipping product that fits the product criteria.
10:40This is a really good method because it shows you the products that are immediately trending
10:43on TikTok.
10:44But it's annoying because you have to scroll and scroll and scroll and scroll for hours
10:48before you even find something that's really good and unsaturated and worth testing.
10:52That's why I have just hired some people to do it for me.
10:58So, so far we've talked about how to build a store and how to find products.
11:01Now let's finish with the rest of the boring technical logistics stuff you need to set
11:05up and then I'll show you the real source.
11:07How to actually bring the money in.
11:09Now this is how you import the product you choose to your store.
11:12If you found a product using Autodesk, literally all you need to do is just click on import
11:17drafts.
11:18There we go.
11:19The draft upload process has finished.
11:22Click to view.
11:23Now this product is added to your drafts.
11:25All you need to do is click import and then it will directly add this product to your
11:29Shopify store.
11:30Obviously, if you see stuff like this with a long name, you can import it and edit it
11:34in Shopify after or you could just click this, edit it here, change the name to maybe Leon
11:40car LED, get rid of the rest.
11:42And then if you want to add the description here, if you want to add the images here,
11:47you can do all of that here.
11:49If you don't want to do it in Shopify, then you just click save and then just click save
11:53and import.
11:54And then if you just go back to your store and you go to products, you will see that
11:58new product has been imported right here.
12:00And of course we changed the name.
12:02And as you can see, description is still here.
12:04Images are still here.
12:05You can edit all of that in Shopify and then you can edit the prices as well and everything.
12:10Let me show you another way to import assuming you found the product somewhere else.
12:14If you found the product on Aliexpress, copy the link, go back to Autodesk.
12:18Click add products here, add single products and then just paste it.
12:23Then you could just choose to edit it.
12:25As you can see, it looks exactly the same as the other one.
12:27Just change the name, cars toy.
12:30You can edit the description or edit it in Shopify and then just click save and import.
12:35And then again, you just go back to products on your store and then it will just be imported
12:40right there.
12:41That's Aliexpress.
12:42Let me show you something else.
12:43This is something that I recently found out that blew my mind.
12:46So if you go to the Autodesk supported suppliers, as you can see, obviously they support Aliexpress,
12:52even Alibaba.
12:53So you could just click on the Alibaba link, but Amazon, Amazon, you can fulfill directly
12:58from Amazon.
12:59This is something that I'm using right now.
13:01And I just, when I found out about it, man, obviously the only issue with this is that
13:05you have to deal with Amazon prices again, exactly the same process.
13:09Copy the Amazon link, add products, single products, paste it.
13:13And it was changed to Amazon region, United States done easy.
13:17Now at this point, it's going to fulfill the products from Amazon, but ideally you
13:21would want to find a product from the marketplace because they've already sorted out the best
13:25suppliers and everything.
13:26And it will be as seamless as possible if you just use Autodesk.
13:30Now let me show you how to fulfill your orders.
13:33If you imported from Aliexpress or Amazon, you can choose to use those suppliers.
13:38Like you can choose to use this supplier right here and this direct Amazon supplier right
13:42here, or you can click on sourcing request and then you will get a quote and a different
13:47price, probably lower than the Amazon and Aliexpress listing directly from Autodesk.
13:51If you wanted to do it, you would have to go to orders and sourcing requests.
13:55But as you can see, you don't have any sourcing requests yet.
13:57You don't have any orders yet.
13:59This is a fresh account.
14:00Let me go into one of my accounts that I used to fulfill with Autodesk.
14:05Yeah.
14:06So this is the account that I used with like a thousand orders.
14:09If you want to get a quote from Autodesk, you will need to go to orders, sourcing requests,
14:14and then you would see this on one of the products.
14:18Obviously, mine is already sourced, but just for the sake of the video, just click sourcing
14:23requests under your products and then to change to in progress and then within up to 24 hours,
14:29you will get a quote with prices like this, and then you'll be able to go to this option,
14:34which is sourcing details.
14:35And then you can see how much Autodesk charges you as you can see for me, the product was
14:41just less than $2 and then the shipping price was less than $7.
14:47So in total, it was less than $9 to fulfill this product and I'm selling it for like
14:52$20.
14:53Yeah.
14:54Also, typically, if you are a beginner with a fresh new account, you will, to be honest,
15:01not get the best prices.
15:03That's literally how it is for every single order fulfillment software.
15:06As a beginner, it's like they don't take you seriously because most beginners just give
15:11up.
15:12As you start to scale and start to get more orders, more orders, daily orders, they will
15:15start to see that, oh, this guy is actually serious.
15:17So I would want to keep him around with competitive pricing because at this point, he could go
15:22and ask another supplier and that supplier will probably give him cheaper prices.
15:25It becomes a competition.
15:27So what you would do at the point of scaling is just come back here, click message, message
15:32about this sourcing, and then this is pretty much you talking to the supplier.
15:36You talk to the supplier, tell them you want lower pricing, dah, dah, dah.
15:41And then eventually they'll probably give you lower pricing.
15:43And then also one more thing, when you use the suppliers on the marketplace, instead
15:47of the AliExpress and the Amazon thing, the benefits you get is you can actually brand
15:52your own product, maybe like add like a logo to it and customize it to look exactly how
15:57you want.
15:58Obviously you get faster shipping and you get faster response time with the suppliers.
16:02Like it's literally more of a personalized service.
16:04So ideally you would want to use products from the marketplace.
16:08That is pretty much all the technical boring stuff.
16:10Now let's make some money.
16:12Okay, now it's finally time to bring customers to your websites.
16:18There are two ways to do that.
16:20One, the old way is paid ads.
16:22With paid ads, you need to pay platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google to show
16:29your ads to their audience.
16:32Problem is that those platforms don't really like dropshippers.
16:34So you will get banned like so much.
16:37Also most of the time you need to test a lot of ads before you find even one ad that makes
16:42you profitable.
16:43So in the beginning, you're almost guaranteed to lose like thousands and thousands of dollars.
16:47The second way is called organic marketing.
16:50That is how I make my money.
16:52I take products like these, make a new TikTok account, Instagram account, YouTube Shorts
16:57account, Facebook Reels account for free, by the way.
17:00I film and edit videos about the products with my phone and I try to go viral.
17:05Once I go viral, people will go onto my website with the link that I would put in the description
17:11of my social media accounts, again for free.
17:14So with this method, anytime you get a sale, you're always profitable.
17:18This is the easiest way for beginners to get started because there's no upfront cost and
17:22it's just a matter of skill.
17:23So all you need to do is learn the skill of going viral and you will never be broke again.
17:28You can easily, easily get to that 10K a month.
17:34Now I have generated over 1 billion views across all the social media platforms and
17:40I came up with a system of testing products that gives you the highest chance of long-term
17:45success.

17:49I literally filmed myself every day and brought a product from zero up to 10K in sales in
17:55two weeks.
17:56But this is basically the method.
17:58Once you find a product, first thing you need to do is order it to your house.
18:01If you have Amazon, just order it from there.
18:03If you don't, you need to probably order it from anywhere that ships it to your house.
18:08Find a way to get it to your house.
18:09AliExpress ships worldwide.
18:10It may take long, but if you have a little bit of income, just message the supplier,
18:15ask them for like DHL shipping.
18:16Find a way to get a product to your house.
18:18Now that you have the product, for the first week, all you're going to do is copy your
18:22competitor's most viral videos one-to-one.
18:26Every single day, you're going to film, edit, and post one-to-two videos about the
18:31product on all the platforms.
18:32After the first week, if you don't see any traction, it's time to switch things up
18:36a bit.
18:37But before you do, please don't lie to yourself.
18:40Make sure your videos are actually on par with your competitors.
18:43If you cut corners and your lighting is not as good as theirs or the camera quality is
18:46like an Android Samsung S5 or something, you cannot really count it as a proper test.
18:52For the second week, if you have not gone viral already, you're going to search for
18:55viral videos in the niche.
18:58That is what I did in the video I told you to watch.
19:00I was testing this guitar pick that lights up when you strum it and I couldn't make
19:04it go viral by copying my competitors.
19:06So in the next week, I literally just searched for the word guitar and then I sorted it by
19:12most liked in the week or something.
19:15And I found this video by some random creator that had 16 million views.
19:18He wasn't a dropshipper.
19:19He wasn't selling a product.
19:20It was just a creator.
19:21And he was repeating the same video across multiple videos on his account and they were
19:24all blowing up.
19:26So I knew it would work if I copied it.
19:27So I copied it and it went crazy.
19:30My video is currently sitting at 43 million views.
19:33But yeah, typically by the second week, I expect to have already gone viral.
19:38But for you, a beginner, to be honest, to be honest, the odds of that are pretty low
19:43only because your videos, no matter what, are not going to be on par with your competitors.
19:49They're not going to be as high quality as they need to be because it takes like a
19:54few weeks to a month of filming, editing, posting to learn the skill and improve your
20:00skill of making high quality videos.
20:02So it takes a bit of time and patience.
20:04So you should probably test for another week.
20:07Then you can cut the product after that and move on to another product until you find
20:10a winner that goes crazy.
20:12Obviously, three weeks is a long time to be testing one product.
20:16So ideally, you would want to be testing like three to five more if you can.
20:20But to be honest, that's pretty hard to do.
20:22But yeah, with that being said, that is pretty much the best way to start dropshipping as
20:27a complete beginner in 2024.
20:30And I know most of you have started or are about to start your online money making journey.

20:39I got zero customers, not a single add to cart again.
20:42I lost $130 and I've grinded my way all the way up to where I am right now.
