Plot Summary The film presents an alternate scenario where John Dillinger is not killed at the Biograph Theater in 1934. Instead, his lookalike brother is mistakenly shot by the FBI, allowing Dillinger to escape and start a new life. Al Capone, upon his prison release in 1939, hires Dillinger to pull one more heist, a robbery of a hidden vault of millions of dollars in Chicago.
