Direktur Utama (Dirut) PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Irfan Setiaputra memohon maaf pada jamaah haji Indonesia, atas 86 keterlambatan penerbangan atau delay yang terjadi di tahun 2024. Irfan menyatakan, tingkat delay keberangkatan haji ada 60 kali.

00:06Apologies to Haji Indonesia for the 86 delays of the flight, aka delay, which occurred in 2024.
