Afghani Kabab with Gravy | Muthi Kebab with Gravy

Afghani kebab is named Muthi kebab in India and Pakistan. You can learn Muthi Kebab with Gravy

Ingredients
1 kg beef minced
2 onions
½ tbsp ginger powder
½ tbsp garlic powder
½ bunch of coriander leaves
4-5 green chilies
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt as taste
½ tsp all spices powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 egg
Oil for fry

Ingredients for Gravy
3-4 tomatoes
2 onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili
1 tsp cumin seeds
Salt as taste
1 tbsp turmeric powder
½ tsp all spices powder
½ tsp white
Pepper
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp fenugreek leaves
¼ cup oil


Preparation Method
Wash the minced beef
In a large bowl add onion green chilies coriander leaves red chili all spices powder salt cumin powder ginger garlic powder
Transfer it into a food processor
Grind it till well combined
Take out into a bowl
Add an egg & mix well
Set it for 30 min
Make cylinder shapes
Heat up oil
Fry till golden
Set aside
In a deep pan
Add ¼ cup oil
Add cumin seeds onion & ginger garlic paste
Sauté it for a few minutes
Blend the tomatoes until it forms in puree
Add it in onion mixture
Add all spices of gravy
Add ¼ cup water & mix well
Add the fried kababs
Cook for 20 -25 min
Garnish Afghani Kabab with coriander leaves and green chilies
