01:40I am neither the first nor the last Buddha to come into this world.
01:47In the future, another Buddha will come.
01:52He will be pure and intelligent.
01:56He will be an example of humanity.
02:00He will also tell the infinite truth that I have told.
02:07He will propagate a religion
02:10which will have a beginning and an end.
02:15He will lead a religious life
02:18which will be complete and pure.
02:22I have hundreds of disciples
02:25but his disciples will be countless.
02:29He will go by the name of Maitreya.
02:44Today, we are lost from the path that Buddha has shown us.
02:51War, violence, and many inhumane activities
02:55are taking place all over the world.
02:58This is a proof that we have been separated
03:01under the name of nation and religion.
03:04We have become enemies of each other.
03:07For centuries, we have been fighting wars
03:10to satisfy our desires
03:12to meet our big or small needs.
03:15Gradually, the messages and paths that Buddha has taught
03:19have become a part of our daily lives.
03:50BUPENDRA KUMAMONI
04:03Bupendra Kumamoni spent a long time in his life
04:06promoting the Buddha's teachings.
04:09He tried to help us get rid of our negative thoughts,
04:13hatred, and hatred, and live a happy life.
04:16Many episodes of this film are based on Buddha's life
04:19as a part of his efforts.
04:22Even though more than 2,500 years have passed,
04:25the messages that Buddha has given us
04:27are still valuable for us to apply in our lives.
04:30Therefore, making a film about Buddha
04:32to spread to the public
04:34is the responsibility of Bupendra Kumamoni.
04:37In today's film,
04:39it is the story of Bupendra Kumamoni
04:41based on the ending of the story of Buddha's life.
04:44We hope that this final episode
04:46will bring a new beginning to your lives.
04:49Welcome, everyone.
04:51I am really blessed to be born here,
04:53where the messages of Buddha are spread all over the world.
04:56Today, that message is felt as a language of wisdom
05:00and love that is once again taking advantage.
05:05The Prime Minister of India used to speak on Independence Day
05:08where there was the largest number of votes in the world
05:10that we need Buddha, not war.
05:14This is a natural law.
05:17Everyone is afraid of death.
05:20If you can understand others
05:22and have the same idea,
05:24then you will be free from violence.
05:27Buddha has shown us a completely new path,
05:30a path that leads to enlightenment.
05:33The path that leads to enlightenment
05:35is the path that leads to liberation.
05:38The path that leads to liberation
05:40is the path that leads to liberation.
05:43The path that leads to peace
05:45is the path that leads to love.
05:47Buddha has taught that you can conquer people's hearts with love.
05:50The ruling classes of his time
05:52all wanted to become the Transcendental Transformation
05:54to conquer the whole world.
05:56Buddha has taught them to spread all over the world
05:58with love to conquer people's hearts.
06:05From the beginning of your life,
06:07how did we learn the principles and teachings of the country?
06:13First of all,
06:15you don't need to know how to govern the country.
06:19Can you be more specific?
06:21First of all,
06:23if you want to become a ruler,
06:27you need to know how to control your own emotions,
06:34how to instill love in your heart,
06:38how to instill love in your parents and siblings.
06:43Because of the power of the Transformation,
06:46to sit on the throne of the country,
06:49you have to try your best
06:51to clean up the mess for all the people,
06:56to wipe away their sorrows and pains.
07:02Every day living in the family,
07:04you are the fathers of your children.
07:07You do the same thing.
07:10So,
07:11when you are a leader,
07:13why don't you instill the love of your father to the people?
07:17Because
07:19you see the people as your king.
07:23So there is the question,
07:25how to become a good ruler?
07:32As a father,
07:34you never ask such a question.
07:39We look at it from the perspective of a father.
07:43For our children,
07:46we use love to unite.
07:48Thanks to that,
07:50we can build such a good relationship.
07:52Let's look at us as people.
07:55The worries of the people are the worries of ourselves.
07:58We are on the throne.
08:00The responsibility of a king is to treat the people equally.
08:03Because the people want happiness.
08:07Let's treasure the power in our hands.
08:11Sickness, pain,
08:13and the worries of the body
08:15are things that everyone has to go through.
08:18If you can build a society
08:20with justice, fairness, and meaning,
08:23it will make the people
08:25always live in peace and tranquility.
08:28I will never forget this moment.
08:31You woke me up.
08:33Sakyamuni Buddha!
08:35Buddha!
08:36The terrorists are all humans,
08:38and each of us changes every day.
08:41If he wants,
08:43he can transform himself.
08:45He can choose a peaceful life,
08:47and he needs to start that transformation himself,
08:50sooner or later.
08:52Everyone can transform themselves at any time.
08:55That is the only way
08:57we can transform the cruel people,
08:59Buddha taught that
09:01a cruel person like Agulimala
09:03can change himself
09:05when and only when he wants to.
09:08I have sinned too much.
09:11I have killed too many people.
09:14I can't stop anymore.
09:17Nothing is impossible.
09:19Doing good deeds
09:21is never too late.
09:23You can shine
09:25so that you can realize
09:27the sin you have committed,
09:29that is,
09:31you still have the ability
09:33to distinguish
09:35the good from the evil in this world.
09:38Hey, Agulimala!
09:40From today,
09:42you can change your mistakes
09:44and start a new life.
09:47But you have to walk
09:49on your own path.
09:52Are you telling the truth?
09:54Of course I am.
09:56Agulimala,
09:57you are more intelligent than people.
10:00On the path to enlightenment,
10:02you will definitely achieve great things.
10:23I promise you
10:27that I will never do evil again.
10:31From now on,
10:33I am determined
10:35to run your Tua Bi Island.
10:38I beg you,
10:40I beg you
10:42to recognize me as your disciple.
10:46I don't recognize you as my disciple.
10:50I don't recognize you as my disciple.
10:53Everyone voluntarily joins the gang.
10:58In anger,
10:59reason and wisdom will disappear.
11:02If he wins the battle,
11:05he can be more patient
11:07to make the right decision.
11:10And that will benefit him
11:12and others.
11:14I understand.
11:16You mean
11:18you are very calm, right?
11:21And me?
11:23I am living in anger, right?
11:27That's what you said.
11:29Anger
11:31will make you suffer.
11:34I just argued for a few sentences.
11:37Arguing will cause anger
11:40and make people stop being reasonable.
11:44That's just a way to protect yourself.
11:49I...
11:50I am not being reasonable.
11:52That's good.
11:55Because anger
11:58is like a fire in the palm of your hand.
12:02We want to spread it to others.
12:05But before we spread it,
12:07our hands are burned.
12:11Anger is the greatest weakness of man.
12:14The Buddha taught that
12:17anger is like a fire in the palm of your hand.
12:20We want to spread it to others.
12:22But before we spread it,
12:24our hands are burned.
12:41Anger
12:43is like a fire in the palm of your hand.
12:46We want to spread it to others.
12:49But before we spread it,
12:52our hands are burned.
12:55Anger
12:57is like a fire in the palm of your hand.
13:00We want to spread it to others.
13:03But before we spread it,
13:06our hands are burned.
13:09Anger
13:11is like a fire in the palm of your hand.
13:14We want to spread it to others.
13:17But before we spread it,
13:20our hands are burned.
13:23Anger
13:26is like a fire in the palm of your hand.
13:29We want to spread it to others.
13:32But before we spread it,
13:35our hands are burned.
13:38Anger
13:41is like a fire in the palm of your hand.
13:44We want to spread it to others.
13:47But before we spread it,
13:50our hands are burned.
13:53We want to spread it to others.
13:56But before we spread it,
13:59our hands are burned.
14:02We want to spread it to others.
14:05We have to practice meditation in the rain.
14:15Only when we practice meditation,
14:18can we become Buddha.
14:21Only when we practice meditation,
14:24can we become Buddha.
14:27I...
14:29I don't even...
14:32I don't even have the chance...
14:35to ask for your forgiveness, Buddha.
14:41Calm down, Devadatta.
14:46Too many...
14:49Too many things I've done to you...
14:52Too many...
14:55Too many times...
14:58Buddha...
15:02I don't remember anything.
15:20Buddha...
15:23Buddha...
15:26Buddha...
15:29I...
15:32I...
15:59Once we realize
16:02that our time in this world
16:05is very short,
16:08instead of choosing religion,
16:11we build an environment of happiness
16:14and understanding around us,
16:17so that you can overcome fear and pain.
16:20You will be at peace in your mind
16:23and you will be liberated.
16:26Fear, passion, and worry...
16:31Greed, anger, arrogance,
16:34delusion, jealousy, fear,
16:37are all caused by ignorance.
16:42Illusion is the opposite of ignorance.
16:45Illusion has two opposites.
16:48It maintains the principle of neutrality,
16:51it does not focus on one side or the other,
16:55and it does not have a passion for the other side.
16:58It focuses on neutrality.
17:03If we realize that ignorance is just an illusion,
17:06then all our worries will disappear.
17:12We will immediately feel love and compassion.
17:18The nature of these two feelings is the same.
17:22If we feel this way,
17:25then all our worries will disappear.
17:29We can also understand those who treat us cruelly.
17:35And when the door to wisdom is opened,
17:38all that remains is compassion.
17:51A kind-hearted person is the happiest person in the world.
17:54The peace of mind will never put you in a difficult situation.
18:00I can only open my eyes and look at the people I love.
18:03Don't leave me.
18:08I have been betrayed by many people.
18:13But they all choose to come to Buddha.
18:16Why is that?
18:20Buddha,
18:22it is because you have created happiness for humanity,
18:25and removed all suffering for us.
18:31Wake up and let go of your arrogance.
18:35Buddha himself said,
18:37it is foolishness that leads you astray.
18:42Buddha often said,
18:44don't be afraid, don't harm.
18:47Don't think about the future.
18:50Don't think about yourself.
18:52Don't rely on others.
18:54Don't be afraid of harm.
18:57You have achieved
19:00liberation for yourself.
19:05All I have left are two white hands.
19:08Now I have lost everything.
19:11My wounds are bleeding and hurting.
19:17Even if I die, it is worthless.
19:21Let me run away.
19:23Let me be liberated.
19:28I really want peace.
19:33Peace comes from the heart,
19:36not from the outside.
19:38Buddha,
19:39but now my heart is broken.
19:42I am completely destroyed.
19:44Do you like music?
19:46Yes, I do.
19:48I like it very much.
19:50I even know how to play the vina.
19:52Then tell me,
19:55when the string is broken,
19:58can you play it?
20:00I can't, Buddha.
20:02Because of that, its sound will not be good.
20:04Ajat Sattu
20:06said very well.
20:07So what if the string is too tight?
20:10Then the string will be broken.
20:14In that case,
20:16you have to adjust the string.
20:18It has to be neither too tight nor too loose.
20:21The strings have to be in harmony
20:24so that you can play
20:27the sound of the vina.
20:29Am I right?
20:30You are very right.
20:32Ajat Sattu,
20:33now your string is too tight.
20:35Even a slight break will break the string.
20:39You have to calm down.
20:41You have to calm down.
20:43Just like the string.
20:45You have to adjust your mind.
20:48Then the music in your mind
20:50will naturally be harmonious.
20:55Dear friends,
20:56in this day and age,
20:57there are still many forms of discrimination
20:59in our society.
21:00It may be discrimination on skin color,
21:03class discrimination,
21:04or poverty discrimination.
21:06Buddha once opposed this discrimination.
21:08He once said that
21:10there is no discrimination
21:12against anyone.
21:13Then why do we
21:14humans behave like this?
21:22Don't touch me.
21:24Your shadow
21:26makes me dizzy.
21:27Why am I dizzy?
21:29We are all humans.
21:32How can the touch of a human
21:35make others dizzy?
21:39Only greed,
21:41hatred,
21:42stupidity,
21:43and vanity
21:44can make a person dizzy.
21:47You are a monk.
21:49You know nothing about
21:50the Vedas and Vāna.
21:52You don't have to wear
21:53a cassock to be a monk.
21:55You are a swindler.
22:00A swindler steals other people's personality.
22:03That is a swindler.
22:07If I were a swindler
22:09who could make you feel comfortable,
22:12that would be fine.
22:15But these people are no different from us.
22:17They also have lives.
22:20If you look at him,
22:21you will see that he is a lowly monk.
22:24That is also a swindler.
22:26Let me tell you.
22:27This is our Dharma.
22:30Why is it called a swindler?
22:31This land
22:33has nurtured all mankind in the world.
22:36It has also nurtured him.
22:39If two people despise each other,
22:42that is a swindler.
22:46We
22:48carry the dust to the sky.
22:51The dust does not fall down.
22:54Instead, the dust
22:56falls on our bodies.
23:00There is no difference between good and bad.
23:03It is like a father
23:05who secretly protects us.
23:08On this vast land,
23:10all kinds of fruit trees are born.
23:13They do not choose the user.
23:16The gentle breeze
23:18brings coolness to all beings.
23:21Water
23:22can dissolve other substances.
23:25In this world,
23:27no one is despised.
23:29So why do we
23:31have to fight with each other?
23:33You always say it is reason.
23:35Why don't you let him be a swindler in your group?
23:38What you say is really absurd.
23:43Sunita,
23:45do you agree to be a swindler?
23:50I am Buddha.
23:52I welcome Sunita
23:55as my disciple.
24:02As time goes by,
24:04people forget about harmony and brotherhood.
24:07Society is divided into four classes.
24:10My family is mixed with many blood types
24:12and different classes.
24:14Balamon,
24:15Shakdeli,
24:16Shiksha,
24:18and Thudala.
24:20And I have followed the path of harmony.
24:26The tears of each living being
24:28have the same color
24:30and blood
24:32have the same red color.
24:35The one who creates wrong prejudices
24:37to oppress others
24:39is also our human race.
24:42Today,
24:44I will erase all those wrong prejudices.
24:47Sunita is the first reincarnation,
24:50the beginning of history.
24:53There are still many challenges
24:55to face
24:57and will be ignored.
25:00But Sunita
25:02is still strong
25:04in the face of difficulties in the future.
25:14Buddha taught that
25:16every woman has the ability
25:18to go further in all fields.
25:21They can achieve wisdom like a dream
25:24and if they want,
25:26they can achieve the ultimate enlightenment.
25:36Your Majesty,
25:38why is your leg like this?
25:45Ananda,
25:47not only men
25:50but also women
25:52can become enlightened.
25:54I believe that
25:56if you have a true heart
25:58and want to walk on the path of liberation,
26:01Buddha will not be biased against anyone.
26:04The right to attain enlightenment
26:07belongs to everyone.
26:10Buddha said that
26:12no matter how poor or rich you are,
26:15whether you can access it or not,
26:18you can join the Sangha.
26:21I truly hope
26:23that there will be no more discrimination between women and men.
26:30Please bring all the tools and instruments with you.
26:33Today, I will teach you the Dharma.
26:38Every time our relatives,
26:41parents,
26:43brothers and sisters,
26:45or friends pass away,
26:47we are sad and regretful.
26:50We can calm our mind
26:53in that moment.
26:55Let's see what Buddha has taught in that situation.
27:03You are my last hope.
27:06Buddha, please save my son.
27:10Please return my son to me, Buddha.
27:15Please let me be free from this pain.
27:19Please return my son to me.
27:23Please return my son to me, Buddha.
27:26Please save my son.
27:29I can bring your son back to life.
27:33But you have to do a few things.
27:38Please go to any house in the city
27:41and ask them for a grain of rice.
27:43Yes, I will go right away.
27:46But remember,
27:48the house where you ask for a grain of rice
27:51must be a house
27:53where no one has ever lived.
27:56Yes, Buddha.
27:58My son.
28:06Can I ask for a grain of rice?
28:09Yes, you can.
28:11But I only ask for a grain of rice.
28:14But Buddha, please tell me,
28:17has anyone ever lived in your house?
28:21What are you talking about?
28:24I'm not hiding anything.
28:26My parents passed away half a year ago.
28:32I'm sorry.
28:34I can't take a grain of rice from your house.
28:39I'm sorry.
28:56My wife has just passed away.
28:58My son has passed away.
29:00My son and my daughter-in-law have both passed away.
29:03My wife and my son have both been drowned.
29:09My wife and my daughter-in-law have both been drowned.
29:18Please listen to me.
29:23No.
29:39Is anyone home?
29:41Open the door.
29:44Please open the door.
30:09Please open the door.
30:39Please open the door.
30:53In this world,
30:55there are births and deaths.
30:58It's a natural law.
31:01No matter if you're old or young,
31:05ignorant or stupid,
31:08everyone has to die.
31:11If I had told you the truth earlier,
31:15would you have believed me?
31:22The moon gradually wanders in the sky,
31:25like an unusual log.
31:28Every night, the moon rises.
31:31Day by day, it grows bigger and bigger,
31:34until it is full,
31:36and then it is empty.
31:39In the end, it is nothing,
31:41and then it starts to rotate.
31:44But it never goes away.
31:47It's just out of our sight.
31:52Your son is not dead.
31:56He's just living in your heart.
32:01That's right.
32:04Please don't make fun of him.
32:07Please don't make fun of him.
32:11Please calm down.
32:13You will understand.
32:16Life is like a shadow.
32:21Suffering follows us all the time.
32:25But the cause of suffering
32:28is the premonition of bad things.
32:31No matter how hard you try,
32:34you can't escape it.
32:36Buddha,
32:38how can I escape it?
32:41The key to escape it
32:43is the transformation of the soul.
32:46No matter how much pain you feel,
32:49or how much joy you have,
32:52you have to keep the balance between the two.
32:56If you do this,
32:58then the chain of suffering will be opened
33:01and you will understand the ultimate truth.
33:04And according to the opening of wisdom,
33:08you will understand
33:10living and dying,
33:12resurrection and separation.
33:15Not two, but one.
33:18If you want to be happy,
33:20the important thing is that everyone around you is happy.
33:24No one will be lonely or sad
33:26in a happy environment.
33:28To have a happy environment,
33:30relationships are very important.
33:32Establish relationships between you and everyone
33:35to achieve the goal.
33:37When you are aware of the importance of relationships,
33:40what is necessary is that you respect and love everyone.
33:43All relationships are based on faith,
33:46as well as the ideal relationship between wife and husband,
33:50which is to help each other
33:52to achieve the goal.
33:54For a married life,
33:56equality is the most important thing.
33:59A family where two spouses
34:02love each other,
34:04then that family will have the spirit of love.
34:08This love can spread
34:12and make everyone feel happy.
34:16In this world,
34:19the union of husband and wife
34:22must be free from
34:25the desire for body and material things.
34:30The wife is a part of the husband's body.
34:35The husband should give his wife respect and honor.
34:40He should not make his wife lose face in front of everyone.
34:45The wife should not go against the dignity of the woman.
34:52And the husband must live
34:56in accordance with his duty as a husband.
35:01Loving your husband
35:03is also the responsibility of the wife.
35:07See your husband's family
35:10as your own family.
35:13It is the role of love
35:16to take care of each member of the family,
35:19to respect each other as dear guests.
35:22If you trust each other,
35:25then the eternal truth will belong to you.
35:30Venerable Thay,
35:32please tell us
35:34what we should pay attention to
35:36in order to follow the path you have taught us.
35:39We must be close to good people.
35:42We should not be too attached to our own thoughts.
35:47It is easy for children
35:50to become lazy,
35:52and to create unfavorable conditions
35:55for their activities.
35:57This will make the child's mind
35:59become impure and impure.
36:03One's occupation
36:05must be in accordance with the law,
36:07no matter what occupation it is.
36:09In business
36:11or in everyday life,
36:14we must first learn,
36:16clearly, and then
36:19work hard to complete it.
36:21For example,
36:22when cooking rice,
36:24do not regard it as an ordinary job
36:27that is not worth caring about.
36:29You must regard it as an opportunity
36:31to take care of yourself, your husband, and your children.
36:34You should not be selfish,
36:36and live only for yourself.
36:38Your happiness, success, and wealth
36:41should be shared with everyone.
36:43Avoid gambling and drinking.
36:47You must remember
36:49that every morning,
36:51we should open our eyes
36:53to the bright light
36:55of a new day.
36:57We must be aware
36:59of what we need to do.
37:01This is very important.
37:03People often forget
37:05gratitude.
37:07We must engrave in our hearts
37:09what we are grateful for,
37:11such as
37:13trees,
37:15flowers,
37:17wind,
37:18water,
37:19and air,
37:21which are not ours.
37:25We should be grateful to everyone,
37:28and always carry gratitude
37:32in our lives and in our minds.
37:35This way, we will be able to
37:38do more things,
37:40not just waste our time.
37:43If everything is wasted,
37:45shouldn't we all fall ill?
37:48If we fall ill,
37:50there is no way out,
37:52right?
37:54We must remember
37:56that we carry gratitude
37:59as if we were passing through
38:01this beautiful world.
38:05What is death?
38:07Why are we afraid of death?
38:09Birth,
38:10cancer,
38:11old age,
38:12old age,
38:13and then death.
38:14This is the cycle of life.
38:16So, can we feel peace
38:18in the moment of death?
38:21In the moment of Buddha's absorption,
38:24what feelings and messages
38:26did you send to our society?
38:29Let's see.
38:31You hold your breath
38:34because you want to see me.
38:37Father,
38:40breathe slowly.
38:43At this moment,
38:45every breath of mine is very important.
38:49You,
38:51Rahula,
38:52Nanda,
38:54Ananda,
38:55Mahanam,
38:57we breathe with you.
39:01This life of ours
39:03has come and gone quickly,
39:05and we have learned many things.
39:08We try our best
39:10to fill every void.
39:15We have it in our hands,
39:17but we don't know if it's enough.
39:22But the life of rice, soup,
39:26can make people happy.
39:31Siddhartha,
39:33after you said goodbye to Kapilavatthu,
39:37your life is very simple.
39:40Your father has brought your reason
39:42to the forefront.
39:45Father,
39:47look at me.
39:50Look at Rahula.
39:53Look at Nanda.
39:57Look at the green trees outside the window.
40:01Look at those green leaves.
40:04Look at them
40:06and try to think
40:08if the pace of life ever stops.
40:12It never stops.
40:15Likewise,
40:17you are living in my heart.
40:22You are living in Rahula's heart.
40:25You are living in Nanda's heart.
40:28The life of my life
40:32will forever flow into my family.
40:39Look at me.
40:42Rahula is a part of my body.
40:50Hearing what you said,
40:52the fear of death in me
40:58has disappeared.
41:04Your Majesty!
41:06Your Majesty!
41:08Your Majesty!
41:14Buddha taught that
41:15the main purpose of life
41:17is to realize oneself,
41:19that life is connected
41:21by strange, painful, and mysterious things.
41:24We have to get out of all these limits
41:27and decide the purpose of life.
41:29And we can achieve our goal
41:31only by wisdom.
41:34A fact is
41:35that the current situation of man
41:37is the result of his past karma.
41:40In the future,
41:41he will receive the result of his current karma.
41:43Everything is under the control of karma.
41:46Do you think that suffering is real?
41:53Do you also believe that
41:55there is a cause for suffering?
41:58That's right.
41:59If there is a cause,
42:01suffering is born.
42:04Then,
42:05when that cause ends,
42:07there is no more suffering.
42:09It's like
42:10the sun can disappear for four nights.
42:13I believe that
42:14everything you say is true.
42:17It's just my personal experience.
42:21Those theories
42:22are not recorded in the Dharma system.
42:26You said that
42:27there is a path
42:29that leads us to liberation,
42:32to observe our own wisdom,
42:35and to go deeper into the Heavens.
42:37Thanks to that,
42:38people can understand themselves
42:40and understand all sentient beings.
42:42But I have a question.
42:45Are there any benefits
42:47to religious knowledge
42:50such as Buddhism and Buddhism?
42:57For example,
43:00if someone wants to go to the other side of the river,
43:03what should he do?
43:05In my opinion,
43:08if the river is barren,
43:11he cannot cross it.
43:13If the water is too deep,
43:15he has to row a boat
43:16or swim across the river.
43:20If he doesn't want to cross the river,
43:24doesn't want to swim across the river,
43:26or doesn't want to row a boat across the river,
43:29what should he do?
43:31He can only pray to the Holy Spirit.
43:34When he prays like that,
43:36does the other side of the river
43:37appear under his feet?
43:39That's right.
43:43If a person uses his wisdom
43:46to serve his voice and mind,
43:49how can he not find the truth
43:51and the path to liberation?
43:54If he only prays to the Holy Spirit,
43:57he will be stuck there forever.
44:01He will not be able to get out of the river.
44:07Dear friends,
44:09nowadays, people are looking for
44:11liberation and happiness.
44:14Even though he hasn't won over his foolishness
44:16with his own wisdom,
44:18he still can't achieve happiness and liberation.
44:21Therefore, the important thing is
44:23that you have to step on your own path of liberation.
44:26Be your own light.
44:31Realize Buddha right in your heart.
44:34Always be awake and practice Dharma.
44:38Concentrate on your heart.
44:43Don't wait for anyone else.
44:46All bodies are impermanent.
44:49The Buddha is in the midst of all changes.
44:52Always try to be calm,
44:54never tired,
44:56never give up.
