जमीयत उलेमा ए हिंद ने एक प्रस्ताव के जरिए देश के स्कूलों में सरस्वती वंदना और सूर्य नमस्कार जैसी हिंदू प्रथाओं को बढ़ावा देने का आरोप लगाते हुए मुस्लिम छात्रों से इसका विरोध करने की अपील की है। यूपी की राजधानी लखनऊ में ईदगाह के मौलाना सूफियान ने जमीयत के इस कदम पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि जमीयत ने कोई नई बात नहीं की है, हमारे संविधान ने हमें अधिकार दिया है कि हम अपने मजहब को मानने के लिए स्वतंत्र हैं। हम किसी और की इबादत न करें ये हमारे मजहब ने बताया है। जो लोग करते हैं करें, लेकिन मजहब ए इस्लाम की तरफ से लोगों से गुजारिश है कि वो अपने धर्म का पालन करें जमीयत की अपील बिल्कुल सही है और हम इससे सहमत हैं।  #jamiatulemaehind #maulanasufiyan #lucknow #upnews #lucknownews #lucknowidgah #suryanamaskar #saraswatipooja

00:02Our constitution has given us the right and authority to practice our religion freely.

00:08And not just Muslims, but all Muslims living in India have been given the right and authority

01:10And today, the Jama'at has made an appeal, and it is an absolutely correct appeal.

01:14The appeal that the Jama'at has made is an absolutely legitimate appeal.

01:18And this appeal of the Jama'at is not a new appeal.

01:21Even before this, when it was said to include the Ucharanas of the Om in Yoga,

01:29about 6-7 years ago,

01:31even then it was said that those who want to do the Ucharanas of the Om,

01:34those who have permission to do so, we do not object to it.

01:37But the appeal to Muslims is that they should keep their religious customs and their religious freedom,

01:45and avoid such practices that clash with their religion.

01:49My request is that those whose religion has given them permission to do so,

01:54we do not object to it, but if the constitution has given us permission

01:58to practice our religion with freedom,

02:01then no one should have the right and authority to forcefully interfere with our religion

02:06and force us to do any Ucharanas of any other religion.
