00:00This is Google Maps.
00:01You probably use it every day, but you probably didn't realize it is the hidden potential
00:05to be a money-making machine for you, even replacing your day job.
00:10In this video, I'm going to show you three simple and unique ways that you can make up
00:14to $10,000 just by using Google Maps.
00:18The first one, I want you to go to Google Maps and just do a search for any type of
00:22business.
00:23Now, I want you to focus on high profit margin type businesses just to help you see what
00:27I'm talking about.
00:28But for this search, I'm just going to do optometrists because that's one, that's kind
00:31of a medical niche.
00:32You can see medical is one of the high profit margin niches that you can see right there.
00:36And then what I want you to do is scroll down past these top three right here because you
00:43might not know this, but really the top three businesses in the list of any search get most
00:48of the customers in Google Maps.
00:50Now, the businesses below the top three are actually probably not getting very many customers
00:55from Google Maps.
00:57And what you want to look for are businesses that don't have any reviews or maybe they
01:03only have a couple reviews.
01:05That's the first thing that you want to look for.
01:07The second thing that you want to look for is businesses that don't have a website.
01:12You can see right here, right away, I found two, eSearchVision and Nick Carr, both optometrists
01:19that don't have any reviews and don't have websites.
01:24And then what you want to do is click on their maps listing here and I want you to scroll
01:29down all the way to the bottom where it says web results.
01:34And what that's going to provide for you there is some different ways that you can actually
01:38contact that business.
01:41You can see here we've got a Yellow Pages, we've got a MapPress, we've got All Ann Arbor.
01:45If I scroll down to this next one down here, Nick Carr, and I scroll down to the bottom,
01:51you can see there's a Facebook here that I could use to contact him.
01:55And you're going to send this exact message.
01:58And you can just pause the screen if you want to copy down, but I would use this exact message.
02:03This is a proven template that we've used over and over to get money through Google
02:07Maps.
02:08You're going to send them this exact message.
02:09Hi, and then you're going to tell them the business owner's name.
02:12If you don't have their name, don't put hi, just don't put anything there.
02:16I was Googling, and for me, optometrist in Ann Arbor, and it came across your website
02:21and I found a few issues that are causing your competitors to come out ahead of you.
02:24Then right here, insert competitors number one and number two.
02:29So what you're going to do there is you're going to insert competitors number one, CIWare,
02:35and then number two, Clarkson Eye Care, are getting phone calls and website visits that
02:38should be yours because they show up ahead of you in Google searches.
02:43So you can see right here that they are ahead of these people down here that we're contacting.
02:49I'm wondering if I could send over a five minute video explaining how to fix this and
02:53how to get you more targeted customers, and then you put your name.
02:58I would not mess with this template at all.
03:00Send them this exact message, whether you're sending it through Facebook Messenger, whether
03:04you're sending it through some other service.
03:06Again, there's all different ways you can contact them that'll be shown below their
03:10Google Maps listing.
03:11You're going to contact them and you're basically offering to get them higher in the search
03:18results so they can get more customers off Google Maps.
03:21Now you could actually change this if you don't want to make a five minute video.
03:25You could easily make just a video on your phone or something, but if you don't want
03:28to do that, you could say, I wonder if I could send over a quick email explaining how to
03:32fix this and how to get you more targeted customers.
03:36The reason why you're not giving them the explanation on how to fix this right off the
03:41bat is that you want to get them to reply.
03:44You only want to bother spending time with people that actually reply to your message.
03:49You might say, what am I going to say when they reply and say, how do I fix this?
03:53The reason why we originally looked for businesses that don't have a website and don't have reviews
04:01is that just by adding those two things, they can almost guaranteed increase their ranking
04:10in Google Maps.
04:11This is part of the trick of ranking in Google Maps that you know now and that they do not
04:17know.
04:18For example, if eSearch Vision were to just do two things, one, get some of their customers
04:26to make reviews for them on Google Maps, and two, put together a website for their business,
04:32almost automatically this would bump up to here, would bump up to here, would bump up
04:37to here, and they would almost immediately begin to get more phone calls and customers
04:43for optometry clients in their area.
04:47It's as simple as that.
04:48We originally looked for businesses that didn't have these two things, didn't have a website
04:52and didn't have reviews, because that enables us to very easily give them good advice to
04:57get them ranked higher.
04:59When they reply, you're going to tell them these two things.
05:02You can either make them a little video.
05:03You can just tell them right in their email.
05:06You could even say, can we talk on the phone, and I'll explain to you how you can fix this
05:10if you're good on the phone.
05:12No matter how you do it, all those different ways work, but you want to tell the business
05:16owner there's two things they need to do to get ranked higher in Google and to get more
05:21customers.
05:22One, they need to get reviews, and two, they need a website.
05:24Now, the nice thing is, the first one, they can easily do themselves, so you're giving
05:30them instant value for free, and you're demonstrating that you know what you're talking about.
05:35All they need to do is get their customers to review, and they will go up in the ranking,
05:39but the second thing they're going to need, a website, they most likely do not know how
05:45to do, and you're going to offer them a website for around $1,000.
05:50You might say, I'm not a website designer.
05:52How am I going to make a website?
05:53I'm going to show you right now how you can do it with zero web design experience, zero
05:58technical knowledge, zero experience with this kind of thing.
06:02You go to this site right here called Template Monster, and you just do a search right here
06:08for the business type that you're targeting, so in my case, it was Optometrist, and then
06:13over here on the left, we're going to click on Website Templates, and I like to use WordPress
06:18because it's really easy to set up, and right here, we've got a whole list of pre-designed
06:25Optometrist websites that you can literally just buy from Template Monster, and they're
06:31already pre-designed and ready to go.
06:33See, this one's only $39, so I want you to imagine you're charging them $1,000 for a
06:38website, but it's only costing you $39, and it's already pre-designed, if that, you can
06:44even show them a screenshot of the site, because if you look here, the whole site is already
06:50ready to go.
06:51You can even see a live demo right here of what the site looks like, so that this prospective
06:57customer of yours can see exactly what their brand new website is going to look like, and
07:03it didn't take you any effort to do.
07:05Now, the second thing that you're going to do is, and a lot of people don't know this,
07:10but if you click right here on this little button, and you go down here, and you click
07:13on Services, Template Monster will also set up the entire site and install it for you
07:19as well for $37, so that means for around maybe $50, $40 to $50, you're going to be
07:27getting the template, you're buying the template, and then for $37, you're getting it installed,

07:40looks great, it looks professional, and it's costing you less than $80, then you're charging
07:47them $1,000 for their website, which is a great price, by the way, and you're pocketing
07:53that $900 difference.
07:56Now, all you need to do is 10 of these, and you've already made $10,000 in a month.

09:00They're like plug and play businesses, little mini businesses that you can set up on Google
09:04Maps to make yourself money very quickly and without any previous training.
09:10So that's the first way out of three to make $10,000 on Google Maps.
09:17Now, the second way to make $10,000 on Google Maps, I like this one even more than the first
09:23way that I just showed you because this one operates more on autopilot, and I want to
09:28give you an example of the kind of money you can make and how quickly you can make it by
09:32using this little calculator.
09:34Now, what we're going to do in this second way that you can make $10,000 on Google Maps
09:40is we're going to set up some mini autopilot businesses, I like to call them almost like
09:44little mini ATMs on Google Maps that are going to generate you money using a Google
09:50Maps loophole, and it's going to generate you money day in and day out whether you're
09:54working or not.
09:56Now, here's how this works.
09:58This is you, okay?
09:59Current number of Maps mini businesses.
10:02Right now you have zero, right?
10:03I'm assuming you have zero.
10:05On average, this technique that I'm about to show you, on average pays around $750 per
10:11month for each little mini business.
10:13Now, I know you can't live off of $750 per month, and that's why we teach you how to
10:18set up multiples of these little mini businesses.
10:21Each one generates somewhere between $500 and $1,000 a month, but on average it's around
10:27$750 per month, so that's why you have your average monthly value.
10:31Now, here we have how many new money makers are you going to add each month, and we can
10:37change this little number, and I'll show you what happens when you change the number.
10:41For right now, we're just going to say this technique I'm about to show you, let's say
10:45you add three new money makers every single month, okay?
10:49There's a small cost to each one.
10:51That cost does not go to me.
10:52It goes to a third party.
10:53I'll explain the whole thing later, but let's say there's a cost of around $45, and this
10:57whole thing is going to calculate it for you.
11:00If you were to keep this schedule, you start with zero, and you were to set up three new
11:06little money makers on Google Maps every month.
11:09By month one, obviously you'd be making zero, but by month two, you'd already be making
11:14$2,000, and by month six, you'd already be making $10,000.
11:19Now, I will say adding three of these money makers is a pretty aggressive schedule.
11:26You're going to need to put some serious time in in order to set these up, because there
11:30is time and work involved on initially setting them up, but let's say you only were able
11:36to spend just a little bit of time every day on this setup, and you could only add
11:40two of them per month, change this number to the number two, you can see it does slow
11:44down how long it takes you to reach 10,000 a month.
11:48You end up reaching 10,000 a month around in month eight.
11:52If you only add one per month, then it takes you even longer to reach 10,000 a month, but
11:56you do get there.
11:57You reach 10,000 a month sometime after month 12, but you're still making $46,000 in the
12:04first as far as annual income.
12:07How does this exactly work?
12:09Let me show you how to set up your first little mini money maker right now, and again, it's
12:14going to be making an average of around $750 per month.
12:19You're going to go to Maps.
12:20You're going to go to Google Maps right here.
12:22Some of you have seen me do this before.
12:23Click on the upper left.
12:25You're going to click right here, add a missing place, and then you are going to set up a
12:32little mini business.
12:34What I encourage you to do is pick some kind of a service business like the kind of a business
12:40that would come and do work on your house, something they could do on your house is kind
12:44of a good rule of thumb.
12:45I'm going to just pick electrician, Bob's Electrician Service.
12:48In the category, I'm going to pick electrician, and I'm not going to fill out the rest of
12:51this.
12:52You're going to fill out the whole thing.
12:53Down at the bottom, you're going to click claim this business, and what that's going
12:57to do is actually when you do a search on Google Maps, if I were to go through that
13:02whole process and set the whole thing up right here, I don't have time to do it on camera.
13:06What would happen would be I would become one of these little red pins whenever anyone
13:11did a search for electrician on Google Maps, and then you say, oh man, what am I going
13:16to do then?
13:17I mean, personally, I am not an electrician, so if someone started to call through my phone
13:23number asking for me to come and fix their electrical service or some electrical issue
13:27in their house, I wouldn't be able to fix it, and it might not even be legal for me
13:30to fix it.
13:32But what I can do is I can refer each person that calls me, I can refer them to a real
13:39electrician, and then I can take a cut.
13:42So let's say that someone calls me and they need a few light switches put in in their
13:48house, and let's say the charge for that is $500, for example.
13:53I could refer that business to a real electrician that comes and does the job, gets paid $500,
14:00and then I charge that electrician 10%.
14:03So just by being a middleman, by referring customers to the electrician, I'm making a
14:09commission on each job.
14:10The other way that you can do it is just charge the electrician for every single phone call.
14:16And I have businesses set up in this exact business model where I charge $10, $20, $30
14:22per phone call.
14:24So every time that electrician's phone rings and I give them a customer, I get paid $20,
14:29$25, for example.
14:31And you can do this for any kind of a service business, like electrician, plumbing, roofing,
14:37all these types of businesses are great for this exact business model.
14:42Like I said, on average, if you set up one of these, you're going to make around $750
14:49per month.
14:50And you saw how easy it was for me to set it up.
14:53Now it does take some work, you have to contact the electrician, you have to set up a business
14:58relationship there, you have to have, there are some tricks of the trade that you have
15:02to do in Google Maps to get yourself to rank highly, like I showed you in the previous
15:06few minutes of this video.
15:07So it does take some work to get it set up, but once you get it set up and the phone calls
15:11are coming through, you're just making money by just transferring those calls through to
15:16the electrician or the roofer or whoever it is every single time, and you're having to
15:21do hardly any work at all.
15:23Now I know this is probably raising a lot of questions.
15:25What about the phone calls?
15:26Do I use my own phone number?
15:28How do I get paid?
15:29There is a free class in the link in the description of this video that talks about the details
15:35of how to set this up.
15:36There's way more than I could ever cover in a YouTube video.
15:40But in that free class, we talk about how to get this whole thing set up so that everything
15:43is automated.
15:44The phone calls, the payments, everything, and you don't have to do hardly anything except
15:49just collect the money as those phone calls are coming from Google Maps through you and
15:55then over to the local business owner who is paying you to get those calls.
16:00So again, for the details on how to set this one up, that's why I have a free class so
16:04we can get into a lot more depth.

16:09Now, the third way that you can make $10,000 from Google Maps, I'm going to show you right
16:15now.
16:16What I want you to do is install this app on your phone.
16:19It's called 360 Photos for your Camera.
16:21Make sure you do the one that is specifically by Foxboy because there's a lot of different
16:26ones out there.
16:27This one is free.
16:28It works great.
16:29We've already tested it, and we know it works, so make sure you use this specific app.
16:34If you're on an iPhone, you can just use Pano mode of your iPhone.
16:37It's already included in your iPhone if you're on an iPhone.
16:40But if you're on an Android, you want to install this 360 Photosphere.
16:43Then what you want to do is just follow the instructions of the app, and it says right
16:46here, point the camera at the dot.
16:48So you're going to do that, and each time you take a picture, it's going to take a photo,
16:53and then it's going to lead you to move over just slightly like I'm showing right here,
16:58and it's going to lead you through the process of going in a 360 degree photo.
17:06So you're going to take a photo of everything all the way around.
17:08You're going to stand in one place and go in a circle, and by the time you're done,
17:12it's going to actually create a virtual tour of the inside of that store.
17:19It's very, very simple to do with this specific app.
17:21Then what you want to do is you go on Google Maps, and you find the place where you took
17:26the photo.
17:27Let's just say I did it inside Aubrey's Pizzeria and Grill, for example.
17:32Then what you're going to do is you're going to scroll down to where it says right here,
17:36add media.
17:37You're going to click on that, and then you're going to upload the virtual tour that you
17:43created with the app earlier, and it's going to create a little file.
17:45It's very simple.
17:46It's going to create a little file, like a little photo file, and in that file will be
17:49the whole 360 virtual tour.
17:52You click on that, and it will automatically go onto the maps listing of the store, and
17:57it'll look just like this.
17:59Now, I'm using Aubrey's because they actually already had someone come in and do a virtual
18:03tour for them, but this is a great example of what yours will look like.
18:06As you can see, it's where you can literally experience what it's like to be standing inside
18:12this restaurant without actually having to go there.
18:15Places like restaurants and other types of salons and places like that love these types
18:20of virtual tours because they get to show off the inside of their store before people
18:25even go there.
18:26Now, like I said, Aubrey's already hired someone to do it, so you wouldn't want to target someone
18:30like Aubrey's.
18:31You would want to target a place where when you go on Google Maps, they don't already
18:35have a virtual tour that you can easily see because then you know that they would be a
18:40great customer for this specific service.
18:42There's tons of businesses that do not have this kind of thing.
18:45Then what you're going to do is you're going to email them and offer to sell them the virtual
18:50tour for $600, and the nice thing is they can actually go and see the virtual tour.
18:56It's already on there.
18:57It's already complete, so you've actually already delivered it to them before they even
19:02bought it.
19:03They know exactly what they're going to get, and they can see how awesome it is before
19:07they even pay you any money.
19:09You might say, what business would, in their right mind, pay $600 for this?
19:14Here's one of my students that did this exact thing and got paid exactly $600 for this exact
19:19service.

19:21It says here, it took them about an hour, and it says here, feels like we just stole
19:25money.
19:26Now, we have an email template that you can use that you can email these business owners.
19:33It's already made and ready to go.
19:34You can just copy and paste it and email it.
