00:00More than 100 tricycles were impounded in the first week of the aggressive implementation of the No Plate, No Travel policies in Quezon City.
00:08According to the Land Transportation Office, the tricycles in the coloreum of the LTO
00:15were given license plates for legitimate operators.
00:18LTO Chief Asec Vigor Mendoza II said that the project is supported by legitimate drivers and operators.
