00:00More than a dozen tricycles were impounded on the first week of the implementation of the no-plate, no-travel policy in Quezon City.
00:07According to the Land Transportation Office,
00:09the tricycles in the color of which have been distributed by the LTO,
00:14are the plates for the legitimate operators.
00:17The LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Vigor Mendoza II, said that the project is supported by legitimate drivers and operators.
00:25In fact, their income has increased by 50% since the tricycles were removed from the land.
