00:07Let's start the preparation.
00:12Turn on the stove and take a cooker. You can also use a kadhai.
00:17For 1.5 kg Mutton Kheema, take 8 spoons of oil.
00:22Add 4 medium sized chopped onions.
00:27Saute the onions till they are soft and change in color.
00:38I am not adding any whole spices, just bay leaves.
00:42You can also add whole spices if you want.
00:45The onions have changed in color, you can see in the video.
00:48Saute till the onions change in color.
00:51Add 1 spoon of ginger-garlic paste.
01:03Saute for 1 minute.
01:07The raw smell of ginger-garlic paste spoils the recipe.
01:12Add some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
01:18Mix well and add dry spices.
01:28Add 1.5 spoons of red chilli powder.
01:33Add 1.5 spoons of turmeric powder.

03:00Mix well.
03:05Cover and cook on high flame for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
03:31In Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 155, Allah says,
03:39We will test you, sometimes with fear, sometimes with hunger, sometimes with loss in wealth, and sometimes with loss in fruits.
03:47So, O Prophet of Allah, give good tidings to the patient.
03:52When they are in trouble, they say,
03:56We all belong to Allah, and we will return to Him.
04:01Verily, to Allah we belong and to Him shall we return.
04:04After 20 minutes, remove the steam and open the lid of the cooker.
04:09You can see that the Kheema is cooked well.
04:14Add potatoes and green peas.
04:20Add 2 green chilies.
04:28Mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
04:35Cook until the potatoes and green peas are soft.
