00:00Assalamualaikum friends, in today's video we will learn mutton talawa recipe
00:05it goes well with roti and rice
00:12let's see the ingredients
00:171.5 kg mutton
00:20mutton should be boneless and boneless
00:24dry spices

00:322 cinnamon sticks
00:341 tsp ginger garlic paste

00:56wash and chop curry leaves
01:04wash and chop coriander leaves
01:07wash and chop green chillies
01:11cut mutton into small pieces
01:20I have big pieces of mutton
01:22and in talawa we use small pieces
01:24that's why I am cutting small pieces of mutton
01:28I am cutting all the mutton into small pieces
01:38if you have small pieces of mutton, you can directly use

02:02now we will start cooking
02:05take a cooker
02:09add all the spices one by one
02:20mix well with a spoon
02:23add 1 tsp garam masala

02:48add 4-5 tsp oil

03:08add 1 cup of water
03:11I have 1 cup of water because I have small pieces of mutton

03:27cover the cooker and place it on the stove

03:43keep the flame on high till one whistle comes
03:49after one whistle, keep the flame on low and cook for 15 minutes
03:57after 15 minutes, switch off the stove
04:01open the lid and check the mutton

04:44while drying the water, add curry leaves, green chilies and coriander leaves
