00:00The Senate Ethics Committee filed a complaint against Senator Nancy Binay against Senator Alan Peter Cayetano.

00:06For Binay, Cayetano violated Sections 93 and 94 of the Senate Rules that prohibit unparliamentary acts and language.

00:14Cayetano also violated the Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability,

00:19Magna Carta for Women, Abusive Rights, Slander, and Conduct Unbecoming of a Public Officer.

00:25Ethics Complaints were filed in response to Binay and Cayetano in the hearing of the Committee on Accounts this Wednesday

00:30when Binay walked out.

00:32It was asked where the more than P23 billion worth of the new Senate building came from

00:38which was said by Senate President Chase Escudero.

00:41According to Binay, P21.7 billion was spent on the construction of the house.

00:46According to Cayetano, P23 billion was spent when P1.6 billion was added to the purchase of land.

00:55In response to Ethics Complaints, Cayetano said that Binay can also file an Ethics Complaint.

01:01Tomorrow, the Committee will continue the hearing on Accounts.
