00:00You lost some time today, but would you say that today is a positive day?
00:09Of course.
00:10I mean, if you see how Jonas and Tadej are riding, they're in another league, they're
00:16from another level, so I need to be satisfied with my performance.
00:21Maybe I didn't have my best legs today.
00:22I was a bit struggling on the moment that Tadej attacked and also on the penultimate
00:28climb.
00:29I was pretty on the limit.
00:30I had to take my own rhythm.
00:31But in the end, I did a hell of a job.
00:34I kept pushing.
00:35I kept believing that we could stay quite close.
00:38And then, yeah, working together with Primoz on the big road was quite an advantage for
00:42me.
00:43And then, unfortunately, he had a crash, so I hope he's doing okay.
00:47But third in the stage, not too far behind the two to do big guns is quite a positive
00:54result for me.
00:55You're just focused on doing your thing, on time trialing up the mountains as well?
01:01Yeah, exactly.
01:02I mean, I felt on the moment that Tadej attacked, they went pretty full gas with Adam Yates.
01:07So I knew that if I was going to try to follow, maybe I would not even be able to stay this
01:12close to them in the final results.
01:14So that's why I decided to do my own rhythm, my own descents.
01:18And yeah, in the end, it was a good decision because I think I lost about 25 seconds.
01:23So I need to be very happy and pleased with that result.
