00:25Look, there are two things in this.

00:27One thing is that what happened recently,

00:31this is the last case of Mr. Khan, out of the four cases in which he was punished.

00:36Mr. Badami, this should have been decided 2-3 weeks ago,

00:40but you know what happened that day,

00:42what happened in the court, how the judge was supposed to refuse,

00:46and after that, the new judge was given this case.

00:49Now, there are instructions from the High Court that this case, which is ending on 12th,

00:55should be decided within a month.

00:58But in the expectation of this decision,

01:02thinking that perhaps Mr. Khan will be acquitted in this case,

01:05and if he is acquitted, then he would be able to walk out of the jail as a free man.

01:10So, today, in Lahore,

01:13out of the 9th of May cases, in 3 cases, Mr. Khan's bail was withdrawn.

01:20That means that potentially, Mr. Khan can be arrested in those cases.

01:24So, what I have always been saying,

01:26as far as the establishment and the government are concerned,

01:28they are trying their best to prevent Mr. Khan from being released from jail.

01:33This is one thing.

01:34The second thing that you have said,

01:36I had said it in the context of a possibility,

01:40because the provincial assembly, the provincial cabinet of Punjab,

01:44they had made this decision,

01:47and they have sent their decision to the Home Office,

01:52so that they can take their input.

01:54Whether a case like this can be filed or not.

01:59So, to the extent of intention, I repeat,

02:01to the extent of intention, I have a fear that this will happen.

02:04But filing a case on the PGI will be a very difficult task,

02:09and it will have a very extensive and vast reaction.

02:13I hope that no such step is taken,

02:16because it will have very dangerous consequences.
