00:00I knew you were fast, but you're proving on this sort of front that you are the master of sprinting.

00:07Yeah, first of all I would say thanks God for giving me a lot of strength and a lot of power, you know.

00:15Without God we cannot do anything, so I'm just super happy and thanks God.

00:20And then second time I want to say thank you to my teammates, to staff, for everyone.

00:25Without them I cannot prove I am the fastest, so I'm just super happy.

00:30And today, yeah, from the start of the tour I feel I knew I could do a good result if I have the right time, the right will.

00:42So I proved the last three sprints, if I am in a good position I can be able to win.

00:48Especially today, we don't have any stress. We think the breakaway will arrive.

00:55For us it's the best, but we don't want to take any risk.

00:59But in the end, when everybody comes together, I feel super good.

01:02And then I say in the radio, guys, I feel super good, so let's give me, everybody, small support and then I can deliver.

01:09So I'm just super happy I could deliver it and from now on I think I will continue full focus only for sprinting.

01:17It's the confidence, it's the power of green.

01:22Absolutely, absolutely. To be honest, since I started to wear this jersey, I don't know, somehow I felt just super fast, especially in my mind.

01:32I just believe I can prove I am the best.

01:36So, yeah, I don't know, from now on I think every single moment I will paint on the green jersey, on the green color.

01:45Are you a new Biniyam on this Tour de France?

01:49I would say no. You know, like I said, if I have the right moment and the right position to sprint, I always do good.

01:59Especially the last two years, with a lot of up and down, with a lot of crashes, I cannot show myself in the right moment.

02:06But this year I changed completely my training and my philosophy also inside the training.

02:14I changed a lot of things, so it goes really well, so I hope I continue like this.

02:18Can you just explain us that final 500 meters?

02:21Yeah, it was absolutely chaotic, you know, especially when the crash happened.

02:26I was so scared, you know, because it's so fast downhill and a lot of corners, so I'm just focused to be safe, more safe.

02:33And the last 600 meters, suddenly I found Mike and then, yeah, he did a super good job.

02:42He brought me from 15th position to top three, so from that one on I just knew I could deliver,

02:49because I have like a perfect wheel without any wind.

02:52And then, yeah, this kind of small uphill also suited me really well.

02:56Enjoy the podium again.
