00:13The decision to give the special session to Tehreek-e-Insaf has been given by the Supreme Court.

00:22Look, the matter that is going on in the Supreme Court,

00:26it has gone on and the verdict has been given.

00:30For a long time, you were seeing that

00:35this matter was being steered by the Sunni Itahad Council.

00:39And the Sunni Itahad Council was asking for these seats.

00:43This case was not presented by Tehreek-e-Insaf.

00:48Neither did the Sunni Itahad Council claim these seats

00:54by giving any kind of declaration or warrant,

00:59nor did Tehreek-e-Insaf.

01:03Similarly, other political parties did not do it either.

01:07But the Election Commission gave these seats to other political parties.

01:16In my opinion, the decision of the Election Commission was wrong.

01:20Because the Sunni Itahad or PTI did not claim the seats,

01:28they should not have received them.

01:32And other political parties also did not make such a claim

01:37that if no other political party can get it,

01:41then we should get it.

01:46There is no scope for it in the law.

01:49So this matter was a matter of great concern.

01:55That is why this matter should have gone to the Parliament

01:59for legalization.

02:02These are political questions.

02:04Political questions are never answered by the Supreme Court.

02:10But this happened.

02:12So instead of explaining the law,

02:15the Supreme Court formulated the law in such a way

02:23that those who voted for political parties will be counted as political parties.

02:34And the number of political parties proportionally should get these seats.

02:45In my opinion, this decision is different from the law and the constitution.

02:52This is a matter of legalization, not the interpretation of the law.
