00:00Alright, pizza review time, we're at Grand Finale's, where I know we're in New Hampshire,
00:26Salem. Do you say Salem? Love, and if you know New Hampshire's tagline on their plates,
00:33their state, live free or die, they have live free, die full. Love that slogan. A guy's
00:40been a stoolie, he said, since he was in like high school, had this place for nine years,
00:44his mother, very funny line, she's like, I know, I know, I look too young to be his mother.
00:48But they said they make great cheesecake, so, I'll use Cheesecake Guy, but I'll give
00:58it a shot after, I am seven reviews deep. Grand Finale's, there it is. Oven was interesting. You
01:07don't, like, that's just the rotating, like, seven deck kind of circular, like, teacup thing,
01:14you don't see that very often. I don't know how many times I've seen an oven like that. Pretty
01:18cool, my dad used to have them in his other places, and it's all, like, top deck is, like,
01:24high heat, the bottom gets the, you know, a little crispier. Interesting. Right off the bat,
01:28sort of gives me very poor man, like, nah, it needs a napkin is what it needs on top of it. Yeah,
01:36it does, it gives me poor man New Haven vibes, that's it. Sometimes, Dave, Nuka Loose, don't
01:42think, just throw. Don't think, just throw. You've done this, nobody knows pizza better than you.
01:47I know, he's Jewish, he's Jewish, he's not Italian, it doesn't matter, I've eaten more
01:50pizza than you and your Nona and everyone from Italy, I just have. So, you got to accept,
01:55I know what I'm talking about. One bite, everybody knows the rules. Alright, this looks very hot.
02:00Interesting. I like the taste, the crisp on that was really good. It's just very messy,
02:18you know, can you drive and eat it? No, you cannot drive and eat this, you'll wear it,
02:23you'll eat it, you'll own it. That's good, I know. See, every pizza scored differently.
02:37This one's super, like, flavorful, it's just a little bit, and I don't just say messy,
02:43you got to napkin it. They're going to say it's the Grande cheese, which they always do,
02:47but I've had Grande cheese where you don't need the napkin. I'm going to go seven,
02:51four on this, but it continues in this range of like, and you can tell I'm still eating,
02:58and I'm six pizzas deep. If I'm six pieces deep and still eating, it means I really do like it.
03:02All this dairy Manchester, Nashua, not Manchester, Nashua dairy, London dairy trip has had an
03:12abundance of mid-sevens, which is good. Long Island would cut off their big toe to get scores
03:19like this. So seven, four, that's our view, grand finales. Live free, die full, love it.
03:25Oh. I'm not going to do a cheesecake review because I don't like cheesecake. I'll give it
03:34to somebody who likes cheesecake. I wish it was, my only criticism would be like, napkin pizza.
