00:00More than Php 7 million was seized by Shabuang Nasamsam in a by-bus operation in Sampaloc, Manila.

00:06One suspect was arrested and he was shot by John Merapresto.

00:11This man was arrested by the Manila Police District inside his apartment unit in Sampaloc, Manila.

00:22He is one of the illegal drug smugglers in Metro Manila.

00:27The people who are being disclosed, the people who were arrested, are linked to this man.

00:32If we look at his background, he doesn't have a livelihood.

00:37Why would he be able to rent such a shabby establishment or condo?

00:43Their surveillance of the target took almost a month before the drug smuggler called for the help of an informant.

00:50Initially, our order for him was 100 grams.

00:54The initial order was successful so our pressure buyer tried again to increase the order.

01:03Luckily, he agreed.

01:04Using more than Php 100,000 in hoodle money, the target was able to reach his house and earn money from what he thought was a real buyer.

01:13After receiving the by-bus money, the buyer introduced himself to the police and the subject of the operation was arrested.

01:20The suspect was arrested with a bag containing more than a kilo of shabby shabu worth more than Php 7.6 million.

01:29It was found out that the suspect was previously jailed for a drug-related case.

01:34The suspect is now being investigated to see if he has a group of accomplices.

01:37Here in Sampaloc, all high-value individuals have been arrested.

01:46First, the NCRPO said that they will intensify the campaign against illegal drugs.
