00:30This is a very old tradition, but sometimes the opposition is more aggressive on this issue.
00:36So, the problem is solved by talking to the leaders of the opposition and it is done.
00:42Sir, on 18th to 26th of the school and household department, the petition that was asked for,
00:47the opposition leader, T.K.R. Amjuli, is opposing it,
00:53saying that it was removed from the household department and education department to hide the failure of the government.
00:59The business advisory committee has always been formed.
01:03The opposition leader is also a member of it.
01:06Everything was decided in front of him.
01:09After that, I think it is not right to discuss this kind of thing.
01:15There is always a thought on different issues.
01:18In total, more than 60 petitions have been asked and more than 16 discussions are not possible on the issues.
01:25So, it has always been on different issues and has been kept on different issues.
01:29And in education, like higher education and other things never come,
01:32but it has been kept this time.
01:34The panchayat has been kept and along with it, the city council has also been kept.
01:38Sorry, the panchayat has not been kept.
01:40The city council, the government department also has it.
01:43There are many departments like this.
01:44They are also so important.
01:46It is said that it is important and necessary.
01:49So, after completing the budget, on some of these demands,
01:52like there is electricity, there is water,
01:54earlier also there was a discussion of one day.
01:56Whether the opposition will want it or the opposition will want it, they will get it done.
01:59They said that it is a violation of BSC, sir.
02:01BSC itself is a member.
02:03It is their sign.
02:05So, what is the violation of that?
02:07I mean, when a decision is made, the decision is never violated.
02:10Sir, Delhi leaders are always on it.
02:12Yes, they are always on it.
02:15Sir, what do you think about the opposition to the constitution being announced as a day of murder?
02:31It is true that a day of murder has been announced.
02:33And during the day of murder, the constitution was kept in a box.
02:38And democracy, if I say in one way, all the systems of democracy were destroyed.
02:48This is obvious.
02:49And at that time, many people of that time, thousands and lakhs of people went to jail.
02:55So, there was a murder of democracy.
02:57Now, not accepting it is freedom of expression.
03:02I think that the ruling party must have taken it as its principle.
03:07And the opposition has also said that the constitution is being violated.
03:10Democracy is being killed.
03:12So, both of them have an answer to each other.
03:15And the rest, if there is any violation of the constitution, democracy is being destroyed,
03:19I would say that no power in the world can destroy this constitution.
03:26Babasaheb Ambedkar and the rest of the people who made this constitution,
03:30everyone respects it, respects it.
03:33Not just the world, but any party in India, any power,
03:37they are in conflict with that constitution.
03:40Rest, as time goes by, there will be amendments to it.
03:45And maybe there will be more in the future.
03:47So, the issue that the opposition made, I think, was also a matter of deceiving the public.
03:52Or they made a kind of political issue and discussed it, which is not right.
03:58I have a question, sir.
03:59The way the constitution is being digitized after your arrival,
04:05how far has this work reached?
04:06And what is the next step of the constitution?
04:08It is going on for 70 years.
04:10And in the middle, Acharya Sanhita was there.
04:12It took two and a half months to bring the complete scope of change.
04:16It seems that there is hiring and all.
04:18The work will start after 70-90 years.
04:20The work that will start in the future,
04:22the work that will start in the next session of the assembly,
04:25that will start in the next session of the assembly.
04:27Will it start in the next session of the assembly?
04:28It will be decided in the next 7-8 August.
04:30But the possibility is that it will continue for 7-8 August.
04:33Very good.
