00:18He is one of the founders of the new wheelchair this National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week.

00:30He is happy to be back from an accident that is now making it difficult for Edgar.

00:38I didn't mean to do it.

00:40When we were on our way home, we almost got into an accident.

00:46I was just by his side.

00:47I didn't know that we would really get into an accident.

00:50The bullet was in my spinal column.

00:53Since then, Edgar has not been able to walk.

00:56He is also living alone.

00:58When he repairs his old wheelchair, he pays Php 30 per wheelchair.

01:05Sometimes, he only earns Php 90 a day.

01:09To be able to move, he uses his old wheelchair.

01:15It is important for me to do it so that I can get what I want to eat.

01:25So that his body cannot be seen, he uses foam wrapped in a sack and rubber wheels that weigh 5 kilos.

01:48We also gave a 5-year-old pediatric wheelchair to Stacey

01:53who was affected by walking and had to undergo surgery due to hydrocephalus.
